The Study On The Efficiency Of City And County Level Patrol Agencies

The supervisory work which was the strengthened strategic system in the inner-party supervision has been reinforced by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China since the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.The inspection work forms an invisible and powerful supervision system,which has been clearly divided the area and authority of supervision.The city and county supervision are parts of the inner-party supervision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,through which establishment and improvement the inner-party supervision should be further strengthened.They could bring many problems around the general public into the list,which should make the supervision become one of the most closed supervision ways for the masses.Therefore,the supervision efficiency researches become very important,such as high-quality finding problem,rectification and supervision.This research draws nutrition from the theory of power restriction and the scientific theory of the new era,combines practical experience,carries out academic research through literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other ways.Many problems were found,which could be summarized as four aspects:difficult to find problems,weak arrangement of contingent,insufficient efforts of rectification and poor application of results.After deep analysis of above problems,we find out the causes of the problems were system defects,interference of social relations,and information method backwardness.Finally,we put forward proposals from improving top design,adjusting working methods,reasonable deployment of contingent,and improving supervision,which would contribute to form a benign situation of joint supervision for multiple departments and active rectification for the inspected units,and then further promote the high-quality and efficient development of the new jointed supervision mode of city and county.
