| Democracy is an important concept of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese people,which affects all aspects of social life.The whole process of people’s democracy is a new form of the development of our democratic politics in the new era,which conforms to the law of the development of our democratic politics.The whole process of people’s democracy,in line with the trend of democratic development of the times,in line with the laws of China’s democratic political development,is the product of China’s democratic soil,is an important part of world democracy.Social governance with broad public participation is a practical area of democratic development.The practice of social governance is the full embodiment of the value of "affinity to the people" in the democratic process of the whole country.At the same time,the full development of democracy through social governance can not only effectively guarantee social harmony and stability,but also improve the governance effect of social governance practice.Therefore,social governance is an important way to develop national democracy.Based on the theory of social governance and the theory of socialist democracy,this paper expounds in detail the basic elements of social governance and the content of the whole process of people’s democracy by means of literature analysis,historical analysis and comparative analysis,analyzes the current situation of citizens’ participation in the practice of social governance,and emphasizes the measures that may be taken in the practice of social governance to help develop the whole process of people’s democracy.From the perspective of social governance,this paper discusses how to strengthen the institutional construction of democratic participation in social governance,cultivate qualified citizens,endow social citizens with the right to actively participate in social practice,and play a leading role in social governance through the government,so as to reflect efficiency and fairness in social governance practic. |
