Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Township Governments Attracting Investmen

Focusing on the development of domestic villages and towns at this stage,investment promotion is the cornerstone to improve the efficiency of land transfer and promote the all-round development of township economy.It is easy to see from the past economic development achievements that investment attraction can only achieve initial results after a period of accumulation.However,due to the impact of relevant policies,system construction and other issues,township governments have more confusion in the actual practice of attracting investment.How to give full play to the role of the government in the process of attracting investment,solve the problems existing in the actual project attraction process,and put forward effective suggestions for the township government attraction work,so as to promote the formation of a stable development pattern of the local economy is particularly important.By using the methods of questionnaire interview and case study,taking A Town of Q County as the research scope,based on the new public management theory,government intervention theory and government function theory,and on the basis of full investigation of the current situation of investment promotion of A Town of Q County,the opinions and suggestions on investment promotion of A Town of Q County are analyzed,and the deficiencies that need to be optimized in the process of investment promotion of A Town of Q County are analyzed,Explore how the government of A Town in Q County should play a good role as a guide in the follow-up work,and put forward targeted optimization suggestions for the management plan and management characteristics of A Town in Q County.The study found that in the process of investment promotion work carried out by the government of A Town,Q County,there were problems such as confusion in the establishment of investment promotion institutions,shortage of land resources,lack of reasonable performance assessment and evaluation standards,difficulties in implementing support policies,and frustration in investment promotion in the context of COVID-19 epidemic.By studying and judging the causes of these problems one by one and formulating targeted improvement plans,we will continue to optimize business organization settings,improve land planning,establish a reasonable evaluation system for investment promotion indicators,transform government functions,and build regional industrial development in the post epidemic era,so as to provide reference and thinking for relevant work.
