Marx's Concept Of Happiness Through Labor And Its Implications For Achieving A Better Lif

As an important part of Marxist theory,Marx’s view of labor happiness has always been one of the hot research topics in academic circles.It has strict logic and rich content,which still has important value today.With the change of the main contradiction in our society,the people’s need for a beautiful life is more and more intense,to realization the People’s yearning for a beautiful life has become the Communist Party of China’s new mission.A systematic study of Marx’s view of labor happiness will help deepen people’s understanding of labor and happiness,thus playing a better role in guiding the realization of a beautiful life.This paper systematically discusses Marx’s view of labor happiness by using the methods of literature study,logic and history,and comparative analysis,and analyzes its realistic enlightenment on realizing a good life.In addition to the introduction,the paper is divided into four parts.The first one is the forming background and developing process of Marx’s view of labor happiness.Classical German philosophers’ views on the relationship between work and happiness,the labor theory of value of classical British political economists,the criticism of unhappy labor and the imagination of labor happiness from the Utopian socialism socialists are its theory background,which are had an important influence on Marx’s search for happiness from labor.In reality,the miserable living conditions of the laborers and the more and more fierce class contradiction also promote the emergence of Marx’s view of labor happiness.Based on the content of Marx’s classic texts,the formation of Marx’s view of labor happiness can be divided into four stages: gestation,preliminary exploration,formation and further development.The second is the content of Marx’s view of labor happiness.It contains four aspects: the premise,the basic connotation,the realistic predicament and the path of realization of the labor happiness.Labor creates happiness.In the process of labor,laborers create themselves,and create all kinds of material and cultural products,which are beneficial to human survival and development through labor,lay a foundation for the realization of happiness.But not all labor can create happiness,only free and independent social joint labor can create happiness and achieve the full development of laborers.However,the existence of capital and private ownership can’t guarantee the realization of free and independent social joint labor,labor has been alienated,which leads to the more labor,the more unfortunate.In order to preserve the private ownership,the capitalist uses the superstructure to legitimize everything.Therefore,Marx called on the laborers to unite,to form a great proletarian union,to establish a public ownership society,to overthrow the bourgeoisie by force,and to create free and independent working conditions,experience t he happiness that labor brings.The third part analyzes the theoretical characteristics of Marx’s view of labor happiness.From the content of Marx’s view of labor happiness,we can see that it has distinct practicality,people-oriented,dialectical and critical nature,which is the fundamental difference between Marx’s view of labor happiness and other thoughts of happiness.The fourth part focuses on the important implications of view Marx’s of labor happiness for the beautiful life.In order to realize a beautiful life,we must adhere to the view of labor happiness and guide people to set up the view of labor satisfying the needs of a beautiful life.The Communist Party of China and government should adhere to the “Realistic people” as the starting point,create good working conditions for the people,lay the foundation for a beautiful life.Finally,we should watch out for the phenomenon of “Labor alienation”,and constantly increase the workers’ sense of happiness.
