Research On Smart Elderly Care Service Supply System In Harbin City

China’s aging population is accelerating,with the advancement of science and technology such as information technology and artificial.intelligence and the development of digital economy,a new development model of elderly care services has emerged.Smart elderly care caters to the living needs of the elderly with its characteristics of convenience,efficiency,intelligence and quality.However,the growing demand for elderly care services for the elderly puts forward higher requirements for the supply and management system of smart elderly care services.According to the data of the seventh national census,the aging degree of Harbin is higher than the national average,and the decrease in the labor population caused by the outflow of population in Harbin has also increased the difficulty of supplying smart elderly care services in Harbin.Building a smart elderly care service supply system in Kazakhstan and improving the supply capacity and quality of smart elderly care services are opportunities to conform to the trend of social digitalization and intelligent development and meet the needs of smart elderly care.Through the theoretical research of smart elderly care service and the current situation of smart elderly care service supply in Harbin,such as Xi Jinping’s supply-side structural reform,Maslow’s hierarchy of demand theory,active aging theory,Denhardt’s new public service theory and Schumpeter’s innovative development theory etc.Analyze and summarize the experience of regions with remarkable achievements in smart elderly care services at home and abroad,build a smart elderly care service supply system in Harbin,and build a smart elderly care service supply system in the daily life,medical care,financial management,learning and entertainment of the elderly from four dimensions:policy system,professionals,products and services,and quality assessment.Through the combing of relevant policies and field interviews and conclusions of Harbin’s smart elderly care services,it is found that Harbin’s smart elderly care service supply system has problems such as lack of pertinence and comprehensiveness of policies,shortage of smart elderly care service professionals,lack of characteristic aging products and specialized supply enterprises,and imperfect smart elderly care service quality assessment and supervision system.Combined with the actual situation of Harbin,in order to establish the smart elderly care service supply system in Harbin,suggestions are put forward to increase the relevant policy,improve the construction of the smart elderly care service policy system,innovate the development of the smart elderly care service platform,increase the supply of smart elderly care high-quality service products,enhance talent training capabilities,expand the smart elderly care service team,establish and improve the smart elderly care service supervision and quality assessment mechanism,and ensure the quality of smart elderly care service product supply.The innovation point is mainly reflected in the research on the development path of Harbin’s smart elderly care service from the supply side,scientifically analyzing the problems existing in the supply side of Harbin’s smart elderly care service by building a smart elderly care service supply system,and putting forward feasible suggestions for improving the Harbin smart elderly care service supply system in order to create a benign ecology for the development of Harbin’s smart elderly care service.
