In today’s world,with the continuous integration of Internet and information technology into every corner of human life,new,scientific,efficient and safe information technology is comprehensively changing our work and life style.As a place for detaining suspect,detention house is an important responsibility to ensure the absolute safety of suspect and ensure the smooth conduct of investigation and pretrial work.Therefore,it is very necessary to use the scientific and technological means of information technology to assist the high-intensity supervision of the detention center,and it is imperative to continuously strengthen the information construction of the detention center.The information construction of detention center of special criminal supervision organ in L province has achieved some results in the completed work,but from the overall and long-term point of view,there are still many deficiencies worthy of study and improvement.This article takes the informatization construction of detention centers for special criminal supervision agencies in L Province as an example,guided by collaborative governance theory and overall government theory,using literature research methods,interview methods and other research methods to analyze the informatization construction process of detention centers for special criminal supervision agencies in L Province Carry out analysis and research,analyze the four aspects of the informatization of the supervision team in the detention center’s informatization work,such as the low degree of informatization of the supervision team,the insufficient hardware and software system,the lack of a linkage mechanism,and the insufficient selection of information equipment Carry out detailed research on the reasons for the above problems,and put forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of strengthening the informatization training of the supervisory team,constructing reasonable unified standards,promoting the cooperation of various departments to reach a benign cooperative relationship,and optimizing the informatization construction environment,so as to solve the informatization of the detention center.The various problems encountered in the construction have enabled the smooth progress of the detention center’s informatization construction and served as a reference for other detention centers’ informatization construction.
