A Study On The Cultivation Status And Countermeasures Of College Students’ Heroic View

A hopeful nation cannot be without heroes,and a promising country cannot be without pioneers.As the inheritors and successors of the great task of realizing the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,college students shoulder the burden of realizing the second centenary goal and the Great Chinese Dream.It is particularly important to carry out countermeasures research on the cultivation of hero concept among college students and guide them to take heroes as the guiding lights and direction markers on the road of life.By learning the spiritual qualities of heroes,it is very important to enhance the consciousness of social responsibility and the spirit of social service dedication of college students.This paper adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and systematic analysis,on the theoretical basis of Marx and Engels,the Chinese communists’discussion of the hero view and the content of the hero view contained in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,comprehensive research background and literature at home and abroad,through sampling survey,questionnaire survey of some college students in Hebei Province.According to the survey,although the cultivation of hero concept of college students has been implemented,there are still some problems in the cultivation process,such as the cultivation content to be enriched,the cultivation mechanism is not perfect,the cultivation method is not innovative enough,and the self-cultivation enthusiasm of college students is weak.The causes of these problems are further analyzed.It is mainly due to the lack of integration of educational resources,the weak linkage and coordination mechanism,the insufficient use of relevant media technologies,and the multicultural shock,etc.According to the problems and causes,this paper combined with the growth law of college students,in-depth research on the countermeasures to cultivate college students’ heroic view.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem as follows:first,enrich the content of cultivation.By mining red cultural resources,updating heroic deeds and integrating online and offline teaching resources,the content of cultivating college students’ hero concept is enriched.Second,we should improve the institutional guarantee of cultivation.Improve the relevant laws and regulations,improve the incentive mechanism,formulate the collaborative cultivation mechanism and other measures to promote the cultivation of college students’ hero concept escort.Third,innovate the form and method of publicity.Create a good campus cultural atmosphere,give play to the advantages of new media integration technology publicity,and realize the diversification of the cultivation path of college students’ hero concept.Fourth,enhance the subjective initiative of college students’ self-cultivation.Hero to promote college students’ active learning model,promote the heroic spirit,heroism and practice of heroic mission’s enthusiasm and initiative,set up the confidence of the model to be a hero,promote energetic forward momentum.
