Legal Rhetoric And Diverse Value:

The emergence and development of legal rhetoric is accompanied by the advancement of legal profession and the specialization of legal discourse.The pluralistic characteristics of values and the dual attributes of rationality and poetry of law in the age of Freedom and democracy are also the main reasons for the emergence and development of legal rhetoric,the discourse of law and politics in this process is not always specialized,scientific and pluralistic,rhetorical,and has the characteristics of volitional theory and aesthetic judgment.Taylor’s combination of "Authenticity" may play an active role in the legislative,judicial and legal narrative of value criticism and value supplement.Looking back on the history of human rights,this paper selects the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a model,and takes the legal practice drafted and formulated by the representative of China,Pengchun Chang,as an example,based on the rhetoric practice of P.C.Chang,this paper deduces a kind of legal rhetoric of multivalue balance,that’s authenticity rhetoric.Legal rhetoric in this sense is one that transcends ideological and cultural barriers,taking into account the uniqueness of the legal culture of a country or region and its diverse historical,cultural and religious backgrounds,it plays a constructive role in coordination of multiple values in the field of legal argumentation and legal narration.
