| With the rapid development of digital economy in the world,the role of algorithms in market competition has become increasingly prominent,bringing many conveniences,but also a strong impact on the order of market competition.The addition of algorithm provides a new tool for traditional collusion and produces a new form of collusion-algorithmic collusion.Its concealment and intelligence have brought new challenges to the anti-monopoly regulation of various countries.Foreign precedents have been followed,and China has also begun to pay attention to the harm and targeted relief measures caused by collusion implemented by enterprises using big data and algorithms.Ex-ante regulation+ex-post regulation is the main way of government regulation algorithm collusion recognized and discussed by the academic circles in China at present,but it is still in the exploratory stage,facing difficulties such as high difficulty and cost of ex post regulation,and difficulty in controlling ex ante regulation,which requires further research and Practice.Evolutionary game method has been used in the research of government regulation of various platform monopoly behaviors,but it is rarely involved in the field of algorithmic collusion.Based on this,this paper takes solving the current dilemma as the foothold,and uses the methods of evolutionary game and numerical simulation to carry out research.Firstly,considering the government’s post regulation strategy from two aspects of internal disintegration and external disintegration,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of algorithmic collusion and government post regulation,and carries out stability analysis and MATLAB numerical simulation test;Then,the prior regulation is divided into strong regulation and weak regulation,and an evolutionary game model of algorithmic collusion and government prior regulation is constructed for stability analysis and MATLAB numerical simulation test.At long last,two aspects of analysis of the model and associated research have yielded the corresponding proposals.:improving post regulation and pre-regulation,specifically:(1)when post regulation,improving the applicability of the anti-monopoly leniency system to improve the probability of internal disintegration;(2)When regulating afterwards,we can use the third party to reduce the cost of supervision and improve the efficiency of external disintegration;(3)When regulating in advance,choose strong supervision or weak supervision according to the actual situation;(4)When regulating in advance,we should increase punishment and incentive regulation at the same time,in order to improve the whole process of government regulation algorithm collusion,effectively curb algorithm collusion,and improve the government’s platform enterprise governance ability in the context of digital economy. |
