Research On Investment Management Of Qingdao West Coast New Area

Since Qingdao West Coast New Area became a state-level new area,it has been guided by the development concept of "Try the first,Act the best" and guided by the investment attraction mode dominated by the New area government,leading the investment attraction work of the new area to achieve great progress.Up to now,the quality and benefits of the project have been greatly improved by selecting business and capital.However,under the new requirements of the transformation of old and new driving forces,under the new background of the reform of management system and mechanism,facing the new trend of investment attraction,new policies and new changes,the work of investment attraction in the West Coast New Area is still faced with many development problems,and the road of economic development relying solely on government investment attraction is becoming more and more difficult.In this case,it is of great significance to study the situation of investment attraction in Qingdao West Coast New Area.This paper mainly uses literature analysis,field survey,questionnaire and other methods to study the status quo of investment management in Qingdao West Coast New Area.First of all,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research literature on investment attraction management,the meaning,function and method of investment attraction in economic development zones,the meaning of investment attraction management in Qingdao West Coast New Area,service-oriented government theory,public choice theory and other relevant theoretical concepts are defined.Secondly,based on relevant statistical data and methods,from the overall and industrial perspective,this paper makes a descriptive analysis of the investment attraction situation of Qingdao West Coast New Area and the investment attraction management method of Qingdao West Coast New Area.After recognizing the problems of investment attraction in Qingdao West Coast New Area,such as high administrative degree of investment attraction,single way of investment attraction,shortage of high-end professional talents and industrial structure to be optimized and improved,the influential factors of investment attraction in Qingdao West Coast New Area were collected through questionnaire survey.It is found that the main influencing factors of investment attraction in Qingdao West Coast New Area are investment factor cost and service level.It is found that these problems are mainly caused by the diversification of investment,industrial analysis system and industrial agglomeration.Finally,the paper designs the investment management optimization scheme of Qingdao West Coast New Area,and puts forward the guarantee measures of the optimization scheme.In this paper,the overall direction of investment management,management system and process management are put forward specific suggestions for improvement.It is hoped that this study can provide useful reference for improving the management level of investment attraction in Qingdao West Coast New Area,promoting investment attraction work and achieving high-quality development.
