Research On The Public Safety Management Of Qingdao International Beer Festival

With the development of China’s economic,cultural and social life,in order to enrich the people’s spiritual and cultural life and further improve their international influence,large-scale sports events,performing arts,festival culture and other large-scale activities have been carried out in major cities.On August 29,2007,the State Council passed the regulations on the safety management of large-scale mass activities,which further improved the system of laws and regulations on the safety management of large-scale mass activities.Scholars at home and abroad also pay attention to the public safety management of large-scale activities,but there has not been more special research on the public safety overall optimization scheme of large-scale activities.Under this background,this paper analyzes the general situation of Qingdao International Beer Festival,the current situation and characteristics of public safety management of Qingdao International Beer Festival by using the relevant theories of new public management,crisis management and public safety management of large-scale events,as well as the methods of literature review,field investigation,case study and questionnaire survey.This paper puts forward some problems existing in the public safety management of Qingdao International Beer Festival,such as organizational structure,publicity and education,prevention and control system,tries to update the public safety management optimization scheme of Qingdao International Beer Festival on the basis of analyzing the risk factors of safety management.It also puts forward safeguard measures for the public safety management of Qingdao International Beer Festival,hoping to help improve the public safety management level of large-scale activities.
