The Status Quo And Path Research Of Network Ethics Construction For College Students In The New Era

With the rapid development of network information technology,cyberspace has become an important place for moral practice,constantly innovating the content and form of civic morality.As an important group in cyberspace,the moral quality of university students is not only related to their personal growth and development,but also profoundly affects the overall progress of ideological security in cyberspace and the construction of civic morality in the new era.At present,the construction of university students’ online morality has made certain achievements,but some of the misconduct problems are escalating,hindering the ecological construction of a good online nurturing environment,which should attract great attention and concern.From the perspective of cultivating the new generation,we systematically reveal the value and laws of the online moral construction of college students in the new era,and look for the appropriate way to improve their online moral quality.On the premise of clarifying the connotation and scientific guiding ideology of the construction of university students’ online morality,the method of literature research and questionnaire survey is applied to make an objective evaluation of the effectiveness and shortcomings of the construction of university students’ online morality in the new era.Although the current mechanism for the construction of university students’ online morality,the university’s online morality education system and university students’ online moral cognition have been significantly improved,the role of online morality has not been fully brought into play due to the imperfection of the comprehensive governance system of online morality,the lack of targeting of moral education contents and the constraints of university students’ own moral quality,which manifests itself in the still complicated environment of online moral construction,the poor effect of online moral education and the fact that university students The network moral misconduct still occurs.Based on this,a collaborative construction plan of network ethics is proposed from four aspects:government,universities,students and technology.Firstly,we should enhance the cooperation of multiple subjects in the governance of online moral construction,and gather the cooperation of the governance of online moral construction by improving the legal and regulatory system of online moral,improving the effectiveness of the governance of online moral disorder,and compacting the main responsibility of the governance of moral disorder on online platforms.Secondly,it is necessary to innovate the method of network moral education in colleges and universities,improve the ability of teachers to educate on network moral content,use modern information technology to create a smart learning space and create a clean campus network cultural environment.Thirdly,it is necessary to improve the ability of college students to educate themselves about online ethics,specifically to consciously improve their online information literacy,consciously abide by online ethical norms,and consciously improve their awareness of self-monitoring.Fourthly,big data technology should be applied to provide targeted services,by creating data portraits to accurately identify education targets,by building resource platforms to accurately push educational content,and by improving evaluation mechanisms to constantly optimize the effect of education.
