Study On The Prevention And Governance Of Street Property Crime In Longquanyi District,Chengdu

With the rapid development of economy,the residents’ demand for a better life is getting higher and higher.The most basic conditions for the majority of residents to pursue a better life are the stability of social security,the safety of residents’ lives,and the effective security of property.The imbalanced and insufficient development cannot be eliminated in a short period of time,and a large number of property crimes have been bred under the drive of economic interests.As the main form of crimes against property,street crime has become the most frequent crime in recent years.On the basis of a large number of online related journals,papers,conferences and other literature resources,the author formulated the topic and research content,formed a scientific understanding of the topic,and collected a large number of documents and data related to the prevention and control of street property violations in Longquanyi District,Chengdu through Zhiwang,University of Electronic Science and Technology Library,Sichuan Provincial Library,Chengdu Library and Longquanyi District Public Security Branch Archives,It has prepared various materials for the writing of the paper.Working in Longquanyi District Branch of Chengdu Public Security Bureau,the author has collected relevant data on the prevention and control of street property violations to a certain extent,which provides data support and practical basis for this study.Based on the social control theory,incentive theory,and the theory of multi subject coordinated governance,this paper fully absorbs and applies the relevant theories and practical achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on the prevention and control of street property violations.Through the combination of actual work data analysis,the author interviewed the relevant case leaders and investigators,and collected and sorted out the characteristics of street property violations and the characteristics of criminals,We learned the operation mode of preventing and controlling street property crimes and how to most effectively prevent and combat such crimes,and learned which departments and units should be assigned to deal with specific locations on the street.Through in-depth analysis of the operation mode of the street property invasion crime in Longquanyi District and the problems revealed in the process of crime prevention,this paper finds out the relevant reasons from the aspects of civil air defense,material defense,technical defense,etc.Based on the causes and methods,this paper puts forward four countermeasures: improving the linkage prevention and control system,improving incentive measures,doing a good job in data collection,analysis and processing,and laying out a public participation prevention and control environment.Community police officers,community cadres,and street patrol forces should first perform their respective duties,implement their own basic prevention and control work,and not make the prevention and control of street property violations a mere formality,The effect of cluster prevention and control must be achieved on the basis of solid work.On the basis of studying and analyzing the general law of the development of such cases,guide Longquanyi District,Chengdu City to formulate reasonable prevention and control measures for street property violations.Strive to make new breakthroughs in the research on the cooperation between public security organs and multiple departments to prevent and control street property crimes,form an operational operating mechanism and governance methods,and provide reference for better prevention and governance of street property crimes.
