Research On The Improvement Of People’s Satisfaction With The Construction Of Party Style And Clean Government In Mingshan District Of Ya’an City

In the key stage of building a clean and honest government,there are not only the prevention and punishment of various unhealthy tendencies and corruption,but also the follow-up evaluation of people’s satisfaction,which plays an important "check" role.Social satisfaction is not only an important indicator to evaluate the work achievements of the Party committee and government,but also an important content to measure the effectiveness of punishing corruption in a field,a region,or even a period of time.In recent years,Ya’an Mingshan district has made great efforts to fight corruption and promote clean government,and implemented the construction of Party style and clean government,which has made remarkable achievements.Of course,there are also some problems.In order to understand the problems in the construction of clean government in time and find the correct solutions,this study constructed a satisfaction evaluation index system for the construction of Party style and clean government,and used cluster sampling statistical methods to survey data to explore the practice of satisfaction evaluation.This article analyzes the results of the satisfaction survey in Mingshan district in depth,finds out the factors that affect satisfaction,finds out the shortcomings in the work,and puts forward some implementable improvement suggestions.The results show that in 2020,the general public’s overall satisfaction with the construction of the Ya’an Mingshan Party style and clean government reached 82.11 points.The gender,education level,occupation and service attitude of local cadres in the demographic characteristics,and the public’s familiarity with the preferential farming policies will all have an impact on the overall satisfaction of the region.Moreover,with the continuous development of the economy and society,the public has also produced new expectations for the actual effects of strict governance of the Party and the construction of a clean and honest government.Everyone’s expectations are gradually increasing,and public satisfaction is constantly changing.According to the satisfaction evaluation,the local Party committee and government can find the short board of work and solve the prominent problems reflected by the public.We will effectively respond to social expectations by further improving the relevant policies for benefiting the people and agriculture,strengthening the style and capacity-building of public officials,enhancing the service awareness of autonomous organizations,and improving the supervision and management mechanism in the industry.The research conclusions of this article will promote the transformation of Party committee and government functions,solving the practical problems of the assessment and evaluation of the construction of a clean and honest government,improving the public’s sense of participation and gain in the process of comprehensively and strictly governing the party,and building a new Ya’an Mingshan of socialist modernization.
