The Current Rural Grassroots Party Style And Clean Government Construction Issues

At present,half of the country's population is in the countryside,and grass-roots party style and clean government building plays a decisive role in grassroots party building,and it is related to the stability of the grassroots political power.This paper is based on this background.Based on the 188 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Liyang,this study conducted an in-depth study of the status of the grass-roots party style and clean government building in rural areas.At the same time,it combined some books and information to find out the reasons for the problem,and put forward some pertinent measures to strengthen the rural grass-roots party style and clean government building.Through investigating and consulting a large amount of data,the author pointed out that the rural grass-roots party style and clean government building work in Liyang has achieved certain results and formed a series of good practices,but at the same time,the problems are still exist.Such as,the awareness of the Party's work style and honest government building responsibility system is not strong,the three affairs are not open to the public,the supervision of the basic party organizations is weak,management is absent,and rural financial work is not standardized.The in-depth exploration of the causes of the problems concluded that rural grassroots ideology is not well understood,some village cadres have low comprehensive qualities,management system mechanisms are not perfect,party style and clean government education are lagging behind,and village cadres are treated less well.This paper proposes to further promote the open work of the three services,strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots organizations,establish and improve the grass-roots supervision and management system,strengthen the grass-roots party members and cadres of the party's work style and clean government education,and improve the treatment of rural grassroots cadres to obtain the measures and suggestions.The author also looks forward to apply the research results in practice.
