The Research On The Path Of Lawyers’ Participate In Community Conflict Resolution

As the social environment changes,community conflicts continue to increase,and the difficulty of resolving them continues to increase,which has an adverse impact on community management.For this situation,it is necessary to fully mobilize all social forces and use the contradiction and dispute resolution mechanism to respond.Among the various social forces,lawyers are a key component.However,in more cases,lawyers are only used for judicial mediation and are insufficiently involved in the resolution of community conflicts.Based on this,it is necessary to explore the content of lawyers participating in the resolution of community conflicts.This study mainly combines the actual situation of Quyang Road,Hongkou District,Shanghai,to study the participation of lawyers in the resolution of community conflicts.It expounds the practice of lawyers and lawyers in Quyang Road Sub-district participating in the resolution of community conflicts,analyzes the problems of lawyers and lawyers in Quyang Road Sub-district participating in the resolution of community conflicts,and analyzes the reasons for the problems,mainly from the lawyer’s own situation and related systems.Based on these analyses,corresponding suggestions are made.Through analysis,it is found that there are some problems with lawyers in Quyang Sub-district participating in resolving conflicts,including lawyers’ inactive participation in the process,and public perceptions that hinder lawyers’ participation in community conflict resolution.The main reasons for these problems are the unclear positioning of the main body of lawyers participating in the resolution of conflicts and disputes,and the social environment needs to be improved.Based on this,this article puts forward corresponding suggestions,including clarifying the main status of lawyers participating in community conflict resolution,and improving the social environment for lawyers to participate in community conflict resolution,so as to better create conditions for lawyers to participate in community conflict resolution.
