Reserch On The Supervision Of Medical Cosmetology Industry In S City Under The Vision Of Collaborative Governance

In recent years,the Chinese cosmetic market is developing rapidly,a large number of social capital into the field of medical hairdressing,health beauty services are from a few people to accept the special service to the common people enjoy daily service transition,increasingly strong demand of medical hairdressing,at the same time around the dispute of medical hairdressing,health enroach on consumer rights and interests of medical hairdressing events occur.Based on the perspective of collaborative governance,this paper adopts a descriptive framework and a diagnostic framework to study the collaborative regulation of medical beauty industry departments in S City.Under the descriptive framework,the traditional supervision mode of medical cosmetology industry in S city is first introduced,and then the collaborative governance of medical cosmetology industry departments in S city is sorted out from two aspects of structural mechanism and procedural mechanism.Under the diagnostic framework,it first introduces two typical cases of illegal medical cosmetology involving multiple departments,and then studies the factors influencing the collaborative governance of medical cosmetology industry departments in S city by means of questionnaire survey.Combined with the results of the case and questionnaire survey and personnel interview,The problems existing in the collaborative supervision of medical cosmetology industry departments in S city were analyzed.The analysis framework uses relevant theories of departmental collaboration to carry out analysis,mainly from macro and micro aspects.This paper argues that organizational system and collaborative rule of law are the two main factors at the macro level,while lack of collaborative motivation and poor information communication are the two main factors at the micro level.In addition,in the medical beauty industry,the whole society’s initiative of joint supervision and collaborative governance also needs to be improved.Finally,in view of the problems in the collaborative supervision of the medical beauty industry,it proposes countermeasures to improve the top-level design of departmental collaborative supervision,improve the departmental collaborative supervision and guarantee mechanism,and fully mobilize multiple social forces to participate in supervision.
