The public health events of infectious disease epidemic have developed rapidly and are of great social harm,so it is necessary to take prevention and control measures quickly when the epidemic breaks out,and the distribution of medical materials determines the key influencing factors of epidemic prevention and control.For a long time,the vehicles,materials and personnel between logistics centers cannot be shared,and it is difficult to break through the resource barriers between distribution centers through network transportation,which restricts the efficiency of logistics distribution.This thesis estimates the resource demand when the epidemic occurs through the SIR model,and then constructs a networked cross regional distribution multi-objective model with multiple distribution centers to break through the resource constraints between regions,realize the networked rapid distribution of resources,and balance the contradiction between the maximum completion time of distribution,distribution dissatisfaction,and distribution cost.Firstly,the thesis combs the current research status of emergency medical materials distribution at home and abroad,and expounds the emergency logistics theory,multi distribution center path optimization theory,optimization algorithm theory.Then,based on the SIR model,the estimation method of medical material demand is analyzed,and the dissatisfaction of medical units is quantified using the fuzzy mathematics theory.On this basis,the network cross regional path optimization model is constructed,and the idea of level by level optimization is used to balance the priorities of maximum completion time,dissatisfaction,and cost.Then,according to the characteristics of the basic ant colony algorithm,the coding scheme,vehicle service rules,saving strategy and elite strategy are improved to accelerate the optimization convergence of the algorithm,so as to achieve rapid solution of the model.Finally,based on the actual data of medical units in Handan City,the empirical study shows that the model and algorithm constructed in this thesis can effectively solve the problem of emergency medical supplies distribution,and the algorithm comparison results show that the algorithm can solve the problem efficiently.
