During the Yan ’an Period,the Communist Party of China carried out a grand scale of on-the-job cadres Marxist education and learning activities.Learning content is also deepening with the development of Chinese revolutionary struggle practice.Based on this,this paper discusses the inevitability of the evolution of the Marxist educational content of in-service cadres in Yan ’an Period from the objective conditions and practical needs,and divides the development course of the Marxist educational content in this period into four stages,including the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixth CPC Central Committee,the widespread development of the rectification movement,and the holding of the Seventh CPC Central Committee.The rise of mobilization stage(1935.10-1938.9),the preliminary development stage(1938.9-1941.12),the rectification movement stage(1942.2-1945.4),and the further development stage(1945.4-1948.3).The specific educational content of each stage was analyzed one by one.Finally,by summarizing the characteristics of the evolution of the content of Marxist education in this period,and summarizing its basic experience and rules,it can provide practical value and contemporary enlightenment for strengthening and improving the construction of Marxism theory education for the Party’s on-the-job cadres at present and promoting the sinicization and epochification of Marxism.Sinicized Marxist works emerged one after another in Yan ’an period.The CPC Central Committee examined the situation and,in light of the changes in the central tasks faced by the Party at different stages,carried out Marxist education for in-service cadres,and made outstanding achievements.Therefore,this paper takes the Yan ’an Period as the background,takes the evolution of Marxism education content of on-the-job cadres as the research subject,adopts the method of combining historical investigation and literature research to carry out the research,which mainly includes six parts.The first part discusses the inevitability of the evolution of Marxist education contents for in-service cadres in Yan ’an period,in view of the changes of the main contradictions and main tasks faced by the Party in different periods,and from the objective conditions of the continuous advancement of the wrong ideas within the Party,the realistic needs of the victory of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation,and the further development of the sinicization of Marxism and the modernization of The Times.The second part is to sort out the Marxist study content before the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China settled in Northern Shaanxi to the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee.This part believes that the education in this stage is in the stage of mobilization and rise,the specific content of education is highlighted as the anti-Japanese national united front strategy education,and began to involve special Marxist theory courses and a certain number of Marxist works in China.In the third part,the main educational content of the initial development stage is the graded Marxist theory course,party spirit cultivation,Party history,current affairs and politics and policy education.The fourth part emphasizes that the content of Marxist education in the stage of rectification movement is concentrated in the study of the 22 rectification documents and the summary of the Party’s historical experience,the study of national history,national conditions,Party history and Party construction,and the deepening of the understanding of the Party’s purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly.The fifth part summarizes the content of education in the further development stage.The sixth part summarizes comprehensively the characteristics and contemporary enlightenment of the evolution of Marxist educational content of in-service cadres led by the Party in the whole Yan ’an period.This part holds that the characteristics of the evolution of Marxist educational content lies in the continuous strengthening of the enrichment and pertinence of educational content,the deepening of the degree of combination of education and Chinese revolutionary practice,and the gradual deepening of the Sinicization of educational content.The inspiration for us is that the development of Marxist education should start from multiple dimensions such as pedagogy and system theory,realize the innovation of educational content,and build the scientific content of education.Correctly understand the practice,adhere to the combination of theory and practice,deeply grasp Marxism is the theory of development and constantly develop its quality of advancing with The Times.Finally,the conclusion summarizes and evaluates the historical investigation of the evolution of Marxism education content of in-service cadres in Yan ’an period.
