Research On Party’s Cadre Education Thought Of Lenin

Party’s cadres are the backbone of the cause of the party and the country.General Secretary Xi Jinping incorporate the construction of a high-quality cadre team worthy of the important task of national rejuvenation into the overall framework of the new great project to further promote the party building in the new era standing at the height where the key lies in the party and the key lies in persons in the Report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),which demonstrate the important role of the cadre team construction in the cause of the party and the country.Cadre education is the leading,basic and strategic project of cadre team construction which plays an irreplaceable role in the new journey to build China into a modern socialist country in all respects.In fact,the issue of the party’s cadre education has been highlighted in Lenin’s period when the proletariat began to step onto the front stage of the revolution as a political force.Lenin combined Marx and Engels’social servants theory and party’s cadre education thought with Russia’s unique national conditions,formed his own party’s cadre education thought in the process of leading the proletarian revolution and socialist construction in Russia and trained a large number of party’s cadres with solid theoretical foundation,firm political position,excellent professional quality and excellent work style in the process of practice,which has laid a solid organizational foundation and talent support for promoting the cause of Russian revolution and construction.Faced with the new requirements of the new era,new journey and new tasks for the party’s cadre,it is of great significance to restudy and sort out Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought and learn from its successful experience in guiding the party’s cadre education to cultivate a high-quality cadre team that can shoulder the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation and to help build China into a modern socialist country in all respects.This article follows the research idea of “thought formation-historical sorting-content constructing-path analysis-providing inspiration”,starts from the historical background and theoretical source of the formation of Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought,combs the historical evolution of Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought,and focuses on Lenin’s thought on the content and path of the party’s cadre education.On this basis,it summarizes the historical significance of Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought and discusses the beneficial enlightenment of Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought on the CPC’s cadre education in the new era.The main points of this paper are as follows:First,it analyzes the formation of Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought.This part starts from the concepts of cadre and party’s cadre,summarizes the rich connotations of party’s cadre in the context of Lenin.This part probes into the unique realistic background of the formation of Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought from four aspects: the situation that Russia in the weakest link in the chain of imperialism,the difficult situation that Russia is facing with extremely economical and cultural backward,the serious ideological struggle and factional differentiation within the party,and the outstanding problems that need to be solved urgently in the party’s cadre team.This part focused on the theoretical sources of the formation of Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought,including Marx and Engels’social servants theory and their party’s cadre education thought.Secondly,it expounds the historical evolution of Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought.Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought is constantly enriched and the Marxist theory education,political literacy education,management ability education,scientific and cultural education,legal education,style construction of party’s cadres.According to the content of the party’s cadre education,Lenin explored a series of educational paths that were suitable for the content of the party’s cadre education,including theoretical indoctrination,practical training,establishing schools,criticism and self-criticism,and strengthening supervision.Fourthly,it analyzes the historical significance and contemporary enlightenment of Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought.Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought not only enriched the Marxist cadre education theory,but also promoted the development of the Russian revolution and construction,consolidated the ruling position of the Russian Bolshevik Party.Faced with the new requirements of the new era,new journey and new tasks for the party’s cadres,this paper explains the contemporary enlightenment of Lenin’s party’s cadre education thought from four aspects: deepening theoretical education,strengthening political education,strengthening professional training and strengthening cadre supervision,so as to provide useful inspiration for the party’s cadre education in the new era.
