Since The Reform And Opening Up,the CPC Has Persisted In Ideological And Political Education For Farmers Research On Historical Experience And Implications

The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the ideological and political education of the peasants.Since the reform and opening up,the theoretical basis of the ideological and political education of peasants of the Communist Party of China mainly comes from the main views of Marx and Engels on the ideological and political education of peasants,and Lenin’s main views on ideological and political education of peasants and the main views of the core of the Party’s first generation of leading collective.These theoretical viewpoints of ideological and political education of peasants became the important source of the ideological and political education theories of successive leaders of the Party.Since the reform and opening up,the leaders of the Party have put forward many theories and views on the ideological and political education of peasants in combination with the central work of the Party in rural areas in different periods and the changes in the ideological and political quality of peasants,which have greatly enriched and developed the content of the Party’s ideological and political education of peasants and provided direct theoretical guidance for the Party’s ideological and political education of peasants since the reform and opening up.Since the reform and opening up,the practical activities of the Communist Party of China’s ideological and political education of peasants have been closely focused on the central tasks of the Party in rural areas at different stages of reform and opening up.From the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th CPC Central Committee to the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13 th CPC Central Committee,from the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13 th CPC Central Committee to the 16 th CPC National Congress,from the 16 th CPC National Congress to the 18 th CPC National Congress,and since the 18 th CPC National Congress,effective ideological and political education activities have been carried out in a targeted way.Farmers’ ideological and political education of the communist party of China since the reform and opening up has left us a valuable historical experience,namely the farmers’ ideological and political education must closely around the central task of the party in the countryside,adheres to the concept of education to farmers as the center,insist on a era of theory education of farmers,the farmers’ ideological and political education to infiltrate the rural economic construction,Strengthen the education of party members and cadres in rural areas,and give play to the exemplary and leading role of party members and cadres.The history of the Communist Party of China’s successful ideological and political education of farmers since the reform and opening up can provide useful enlightenment for the ideological and political education of farmers in the new era:The first is to strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations and give play to the exemplary and leading role of grass-roots cadres.The second is to fulfill the responsibilities of the government and infiltrate ideological and political education in serving farmers.The third is to pay attention to the material interests of farmers and integrate peasants’ ideological and political education into economic life.The fifth is to train a new type of farmers and stimulate the internal power of farmers to accept ideological and political education.
