| In the post-poverty alleviation era,farmer cooperatives led by Party branches are indispensable in rural development as a form of the new rural collective economy.This paper mainly focuses on exploring the role of farmers’ cooperatives led by Party branches in the process of alleviating relative poverty.Under the guidance of feasibility theory and multidimensional poverty theory,this paper analyzes the three dimensions of "economic benefits-development ability-rights protection" in alleviating relative poverty.Through case analysis,this paper analyzes the relative poverty alleviation of farmer cooperatives led by party branches.role is discussed.The study found that the model of farmer cooperatives led by party branches has comparative advantages compared with other types of cooperatives.It has unique advantages in terms of participation threshold and public welfare.It can give full play to the advantages of political leadership,the advantages of gathering and promoting the participation of members,and promoting villages.overall development advantage.At the same time,the practical effect of the farmer cooperatives led by the Party branch in alleviating relative poverty is mainly manifested in three dimensions,namely,the level of economic benefits,the level of development capacity,and the level of rights protection.Party branch-led farmer cooperatives provide farmers with a variety of means of survival through industrial assistance,financial assistance,technical assistance,and employment assistance.The main performance is to reduce production costs through industrial assistance and financial assistance.Increase the economic income of farmers,so as to increase farmers’ income at the level of economic benefits and alleviate income poverty;improve the vocational and technical capabilities of farmers through technical assistance and employment assistance,so as to improve farmers’ ability at the level of development capability and alleviate ability poverty At the same time,through technical training and full employment,farmers’ sense of ownership is established,and the network of freedom of rights and interests and protective protection is also maintained,and farmers’ rights are safeguarded at the level of rights protection and rights poverty is alleviated.Party branch-led farmer cooperatives alleviate relative poverty from three aspects: income poverty,ability poverty and rights poverty.In addition,the study also found that the farmer cooperatives led by the Party branch were constrained by some factors in the process of alleviating relative poverty.First,the cooperative lacked independence and was highly dependent on the government,which led to limited farmers’ income;second,the branch professionals The lack of sustainable development is difficult,and the ability to drive farmers to develop is limited.Third,the system construction is not perfect,supervision and management are not in place,and the protection of farmers’ rights is limited.In order to alleviate the limitations brought about by these problems,we should mainly focus on three aspects:improving operational capabilities,strengthening independence,and giving full play to the function of increasing economic income;strengthening talent training and introduction to give full play to the leading role;improving system construction and giving full play to the role of rights protection to be perfected. |
