| The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has always attached importance to agricultural and rural work.At the 19 th CPC National Congress in 2017,it put forward a major strategy for Rural Revitalization.In 2020,it further proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and made systematic arrangements for Rural Revitalization from the aspects of improving agricultural quality and efficiency and accelerating agricultural modernization.Under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,all localities have explored the development path of improving rural vitality and promoting rural prosperity,and accumulated rich practical experience in building a new road of rural development in the new era.Under this background,the cooperative led by the Party branch of Zhaoyuan City has explored,developed and gradually expanded.The first party branch led cooperative in Zhaoyuan was established in 2009.After that,some villages have learned from this development model.In 2017,inspired by Tangyue Road,Yantai began to pilot the development of cooperatives led by Party branches in some counties and urban areas as an important way to develop the village collective economy.Since then,the Party branch led cooperatives in Yantai began to flourish,which played a very important role in promoting agricultural development and farmers’ prosperity.By December 2020,2576 Party branch leading cooperatives have been developed in Yantai and 275 in Zhaoyuan.Taking the cooperative led by the Party branch of Zhaoyuan City as the research object,the author successively conducted a questionnaire survey on 110 heads of the cooperative led by the Party branch,and conducted on-site interviews with 7 experts and scholars from the organization department and the agricultural department.Based on the previous research results on the development model of the cooperative led by the Party branch,This paper summarizes the development characteristics of the cooperatives led by the Party branch of Zhaoyuan City,summarizes four development modes: social enterprise cooperation mode,community village cooperation mode,social society cooperation mode and single main body type,selects one typical case from each of these four types of development modes,introduces its business subject and operation status,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.In specific practice,the Party branch led cooperatives have effectively promoted rural development,but they have also encountered some practical problems that restrict their further development and growth.In order to explore the influencing factors of the development of cooperatives led by the Party branch,based on the statistics of 110 questionnaire data,the questionnaire data are analyzed by binary logistic regression.It is concluded that factors such as development mode,training and government support are significantly related to the development of cooperatives led by Party branches.Finally,according to the regression analysis results and the comprehensive questionnaire results,it is concluded that the leaders of the cooperative led by the Party branch of Zhaoyuan City have some problems,such as low education level,single government support means,blocked sales channels and unequal distribution of training resources.It is proposed to improve the ability and quality of the leaders of the cooperative led by the Party branch Establish a multi-dimensional support system for the development of cooperatives led by Party branches,establish a multi-channel sales system,and actively build a multi-level training system for cooperatives led by Party branches in Zhaoyuan City. |
