| With the continuous rise of China’s elderly population,the elderly care problem has attracted the attention of all sectors of society.The supply and demand adaptation of elderly care services has become the focus of research.Under the background of the increasingly obvious contradiction between supply and demand of elderly care services,the supply of elderly care services is the key point to achieve the adaptation of supply and demand of elderly care services,while the scientific and effective supply of elderly care services points to the elderly care model.In recent years,the exploration of old-age care model has been endless in theory and practice,but few have been successfully implemented and popularized.The important reasons are the information asymmetry between service suppliers and demanders,and the mismatch of service content and methods.Community embedded elderly care model is one of the few innovative models that have been successfully applied and popularized in various regions of China.It is an extension of the traditional community home-based elderly care model.This model embeds the service content and service concept of traditional institutional pension into the community of the elderly’s daily life,integrates the community pension resources from all parties,and provides services in a variety of alternative service modes on the basis of considering the actual needs of the elderly at this stage.It is a new attempt to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of pension services.In practice,the community embedded pension first rose in Shanghai,and then expanded in other cities across the country.Chengdu began to mention "embedded pension" in 2017,and gradually explored this model.Since 2019,some community embedded pension demonstration projects have been established in batches,and some results have been achieved in practice.Through literature review,this paper extracts and summarizes the relevant indicators on the accessibility of elderly care services from the existing research.Combined with penchansky’s accessibility analysis framework,this paper compares and modifies the indicators obtained from literature review with the data obtained from field interviews,and preliminarily establishes an indicator system.Through the preliminary investigation,the index system is revised and improved,while ensuring the effectiveness of the questionnaire and the scientificity of the index system,so as to lay the foundation for the later empirical research.The summarized index system is weighted by the combination of product scale method and entropy weight method,and the elderly in Chengdu Community embedded elderly care institutions are randomly sampled as the research object,The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to study the accessibility of community embedded elderly care services in Chengdu.The results show that the overall score of accessibility is3.812,which is between the "general" and "good" levels,in which the scores of accessibility and adaptability are high and the usability score is the lowest.Finally,according to the data and information obtained from field research and interviews,combined with the evaluation results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analyze the relevant problems and reasons,and put forward suggestions. |
