| The standardization of elderly care services can improve the quality of elderly care services,optimize the process of elderly care services,and standardize the order of the elderly care service industry.As Shanghai continues to deepen the degree of aging,there is a need for standardization of elderly care services,and the overall elderly care service model has formed one "9073" pattern with families as the main community and supplemented by the community.In order to make up for the shortcomings of over-socialization of institutional elderly care and insufficient socialization of family elderly care,Shanghai has actively explored new models of elderly care services,and created embedded elderly care service institutions by transforming idle public resources in the community.However,due to the short appearance and small scale of community embedded elderly care services,the standardization construction is incomplete.Community embedding process about improving the quality of service required pension standardized construction,standardization of care services for the elderly rely on the community,will be the focus of attention in this study.In this study,the introduction of standardization of embedded-community endowment service fields,was used for exploreing the process of standardization of Shanghai pension embedded-community service.The article takes the standardization of community embedded elderly care services as the research object,focuses on the issue of standardization of elderly care services,and expands research from five aspects,using social theory and the standardization of embedding theory.First,Proposed the construction requirements of the embedded community care service standardization,analysis of its particularity,necessity and the goal of building;second,Analysis of community care services standardization of embedded development situation in Shanghai,the implementation of community embedded background Shanghai pension have been summarized,and the evolution of policy papers on Shanghai standardization of pension services has combed;third,by drawing on the existing standardization construction framework,the standardized dimensions of the standard construction of community embedded elderly care services are established,including life care and nursing care.The four dimensions of service,safety protection and psychological support are investigated and analyzed in the S Elderly Care Home.based on this,analysis at S elderly care home,build a hierarchical model related to the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the weight factors at all levels and weight scores by comparison matrix method and expert scores,and then obtain a comprehensive evaluation of the standardization of elderly care services in the S elderly care homes,sum up experience and shortcomings;fourth,explore the difficulties and problems faced by the standardization of embedded elderly care services in Shanghai The reason;Fifth,propose an optimized path for the standardized construction of community embedded elderly care services in view of the problems and reasons.The study draws the following conclusions.First,from the top-level design,Shanghai community embedded elderly care services should promote the establishment of elderly care service standards from top to bottom.Second,at the level of life care,the normalized needs of the elderly should be consolidated to meet the diverse needs of the elderly;To promote the optimal development of nursing service levels,we should Strengthen talent training,optimize the allocation of resources in medicine facilities.To improve the protection capabilities at the security protection level,it is necessary to build supporting facilities for security protection and build a smart elderly care information system.Attach importance to crisis intervention at the level of psychological support,improve institutional care and optimize the path of crisis intervention. |
