Study On Government Service In The Field Of Investment Promotion In H District Of Suining City

In the field of investment attraction,good government service is the basic guarantee for project implementation to promote construction and support local economic and social development.However,under the new situation,some local governments still have problems in the field of investment investment,such as lax policy implementation,inconvenient business affairs,resulting in damage to the credibility of the government,low efficiency of investment investment,project progress is blocked,and regional economic and social development has been affected.It is urgent to further strengthen government services and restore investor confidence.H District,as a newly developed urban area,snatches the strategic opportunity of Chengdu-Chongqing dual-city economic circle,realizes the strategic goal of "three places and one model",builds "high-quality livable living place,first choice of leisure and vacation place,2.5 industrial undertaking place,and builds a green livable and happy city model".In recent years,with the rapid development of urban construction and industry,investment attraction plays an important role in the rapid economic and social development of H District.However,with the "blowout" and "expansion" of the hot trend of investment,the government service caused by the project advancement encountered obstacles,limited enterprise development gradually emerged.Taking H District as an example,this paper builds an analysis framework based on the new public service theory,holistic governance theory and social servant theory.In order to safeguard the three influential factors of public policy elements,improve the public organization elements and enhance the public service elements,the government service objectives of enriching public products,perfecting the service system and strengthening the sense of service are achieved.In-depth analysis of government services in the area of investment attraction in H District.The research uses the questionnaire and acquired data and examples to analyze and refine the representative cases of investment attraction projects one by one,and finds the problems such as insufficient public products,imperfect service system and lack of service consciousness.Through in-depth interviews to analyze the reasons,combined with domestic and foreign experience in public products,service system,service awareness and inspiration,put forward accurate "control policy,make public products more fit;Deep farming system construction,make the service system more sound;Understand the functions and responsibilities,make the service consciousness deeper " and other countermeasures.Finally,it comes to a conclusion that the best way to improve government services is to build a standardized and efficient government environment,an orderly market order,smooth channels for expressing appeals,a fair and efficient problem solving mechanism,scientific and stable policies and regulations,a comfortable business environment,and further strengthen the soft power of attracting investment.And provide reference and reference for strengthening the construction of local government affairs services.
