Research On The Improvement Of Organizational Strength Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 20 th CPC National Congress stressed that the most arduous and arduous task in building a modern socialist country in an all-round way still lies in the rural areas.Rural grassroots party organizations are the "backbone" of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,and their governance capabilities and levels directly affect whether the rural revitalization strategy can be successfully implemented.In the face of the new requirements put forward by the rural revitalization strategy for the construction of rural grassroots party organizations in the new era,we must focus on strengthening the construction of rural grassroots party organizations,highlight political functions,improve organizational strength,and provide a strong guarantee for the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,it is necessary to study the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations in the context of rural revitalization.From the perspective of rural revitalization,on the basis of the existing relevant research results,this paper selects Village Y and Village S and Village X in W Town of Shandong Province as research samples,adopts text analysis method,investigation research method and comprehensive analysis method,and conducts in-depth research on the improvement of rural party organization organizational strength.Following the research ideas,the paper is divided into four parts,the first part of which expounds the research background and research value of the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations,reviews the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the improvement of the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations,and reviews the literature.The second part distinguishes and defines the relevant concepts of rural revitalization,organizational strength and rural grassroots party organization organizational strength,and describes the necessity of rural grassroots party organizations to improve their organizational strength under the background of rural revitalization.In the third part,the general situation of rural grassroots party organizations at this stage is analyzed and studied,and the results of improving the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations and the difficulties faced by village X in L town and village X in W town in Shandong Province are used as survey samples.The fourth part puts forward specific and operable countermeasures from the starting point of political leadership,development impetus,ideological cohesion,social appeal,and self-innovation in view of the existing problems of rural grassroots party organizations at this stage,on the basis of drawing on the effective experience of poverty alleviation period.Based on the strategic background of rural revitalization,this paper studies the problem of improving the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations,analyzes the causes of such problems,and puts forward relatively feasible coping strategies,so as to provide theoretical reference for solving the problems arising in the process of improving the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations,hoping to help achieve rural revitalization through point-to-point.
