Research On The Organizational Strength Improvement Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that the central task of the Communist Party of China at this stage is to unite and lead the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects,achieve the second centenary goal,and comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization.All-round rural revitalization is not only to meet the rural people’s growing yearning for a better life,but also an integral part of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.As a fundamental solution for the CPC to solve the problems of unbalanced urban and rural development and inadequate rural development,the rural revitalization strategy reflects the profound rural concern of the Chinese Communists and the firm position of the people.Building a strong rural grass-roots Party organization is not only the political requirement of grasping the party building to promote the rural revitalization,but also the organizational guarantee of promoting the rural revitalization strategy efficiently.Focusing on improving the organizational strength and highlighting the political functions is the fundamental guideline for the construction of the grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Therefore,it is the core of implementing the rural revitalization strategy to enhance the organizational strength of the rural grass-roots Party organizations and play the strong role of the rural grass-roots Party organizations.This article is divided into five parts.The first part expounds the research background,research significance,research innovation points and domestic and foreign literature research review of this paper.The second part of the concept definition,theory and analyzes the rural grassroots party organization rural revitalization strategy and the coupling relationship between promotion,put forward under the background of rural revitalization strategy,rural grassroots party organization organization is through internal and strengthen the organization construction and the external leadership of the party,in order to achieve the revitalization of the party in the countryside and show the integrity of the power.From the two dimensions of rural revitalization and the role of the rural grassroots Party organizations,the necessary and sufficient logical reasoning and practical demonstration to grasp the Party building and lead the rural revitalization.The third part traces the historical process of the organizational construction of the rural grass-roots Party organizations in the past hundred years,and summarizes the basic historical experience of the rural grass-roots Party organizations,that is,scientifically judge the basic positioning of the rural grass-roots Party organizations,have the courage to self-revolution and adhere to the strict party governance and take the realization of the fundamental interests of the people as the starting point.The fourth part based on rural revitalization of practice,think the rural grass-roots party organization in organization construction,economic development and rural governance has made certain achievements,think rural grass-roots party organization promotion face the economic,organization,culture and governance,investigate the reason is that rural grassroots party organizations economic driving ability,political leading ability weakening,value guide ability lack and rural governance efficiency is low.The fifth part aims at the difficulties faced by improving the organizational strength of rural grass-roots Party organizations,and explores the effective ways to improve the organizational strength of rural grass-roots Party organizations from the four levels of improving the development impetus,political leadership,ideological guidance and social appeal.
