Study On The Optimization Of The Governance Structure Of Rural Collective Economic Organizations Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Rural collective economic organization is the key to effectively organize farmers to develop economy,and it is an effective help to promote rural revitalization strategy and develop "three rural" work.Under the background of rural revitalization,optimizing and perfecting the governance structure of rural collective economic organizations is an important part of deepening rural collective economic reform and development.Nowadays,the rural collective economic organization has developed rapidly in China,which is the result of the combination of agricultural economic development and the commodity market.Among them,the improvement and optimization of the organizational structure of rural collective economic management is of great practical significance to rural governance.Through in-depth analysis,we find that rural collective economic institutions are faced with many practical problems,among which the most prominent one is the governance structure.At present,the academic circles have paid attention to this problem preliminarily from the angle of law,finance and taxation,public management and so on,and have carried on the related research into the rural collective economic organization.Through in-depth interview and observation,this paper presents the status quo of governance structure of collective economic organizations in Tuanbao village,analyzes the corresponding functions,traces the history of governance structure and explores the factors affecting governance structure.At the same time,in order to further analyze the problems and causes of the internal governance structure of the collective economic organizations in Tuanbao village,a series of suitable measures are put forward.At present,a series of problems are exposed in the operation mechanism of the governance structure of rural collective economic organizations,which seriously hinders the healthy development of rural collective economic organizations and rural economic and social development.Therefore,it is of great significance to perfect the corresponding governance structure and operation mechanism,construct a reasonable democratic management system and supervision mechanism.Based on the theory of structural functionalism,this paper constructs a framework for optimizing the governance structure of rural collective economic organizations.Based on the theory of synergetic governance and the action system of rural collective economic organizations,the organic system,personality system,social system and cultural system of the four dimensions of organizational system need to meet the four functional dimensions.This paper studies the governance structure of a rural collective economic organization from the perspective of structural functionalism,which has some novelty and originality.However,this study only from the organizational system and functional positioning of two dimensions,and a single case study in the universality of the need for more research methods to be verified.
