Research On Reconstruction Of Chinese Farmer Collective Organizations From The Perspective Of Structural Functionalism

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress pointed out that the problem of agriculture and rural peasants is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and the issue of "three rural issues" must always be taken as the top priority of the party's work.At present,many rural areas in our country are still facing many difficulties in the development process,and many problems are also exposed,such as the absence of owners in the context of collective farmer ownership,inadequate rural governance systems and governance capabilities,and incomplete democratic supervision mechanisms.Obstacles in the process of rural development,safeguarding rural social order and farmers 'interests,strengthening the collective economy,raising farmers' income levels,and protecting the basic living needs of all villagers within the village area.The collective organization of farmers must be restructured.The relationship between the organizations within the organization and the functional needs of each organization at various stages of rural development,on the other hand,create a relaxed and stable social environment for farmers' collective organizations to better play their economic and social security functions.This article restructures farmers' collective organizations based on structural functionalism.The reconstruction path is mainly divided into four stages: in the adaptation phase,affirming and consolidating the status of rural collective economic organizations as the principal agents of rural collective land ownership,ensuring that rural collective economic organizations The stable acquisition of rural collective resources,maintaining and consolidating its economic foundation,and exerting its role as the main function of the function;at the stage of achieving the goals,clarify the relationship between village-level party branches and village committees,implement and improve the village affairs supervision system,and further improve The ability of villagers 'committees to manage villages;in the integration stage,while strengthening social security,rural social organizations should actively carry outcultural and educational activities to enrich the villagers' spiritual life;in the maintenance mode,they should be based on the overall situation and fully coordinate and organize the three The relationship between the two functional subjects is consolidated in an institutionalized form,thereby ensuring the orderliness and stability of the organization's operations.
