Research On The Protection Of Consumers’ Rights Of Apartments For The Elderly In Zhuzhou

In recent years,the proportion of elderly people in our society has been increasing,and with the increasing pressure on the elderly,the mode of staying in senior apartments has gradually entered the public eye.The protection of the rights and interests of elderly consumers needs further attention.Most of the studies in the literature at home and abroad focus on the development of senior housing or the current situation and suggestions of senior consumers in the consumption of health care products and financial products,but there are few studies on the protection of the rights and interests of senior housing consumers.In summary,this paper first analyzes the measures taken by Zhuzhou City to protect the rights and interests of senior consumers from the perspective of promoting the healthy development of senior apartments,preventing the rights and interests of senior apartment consumers from being damaged,and safeguarding the damaged rights and interests of senior apartment consumers.Secondly,the paper investigates and analyzes some real cases of such consumption,and summarizes the problems that still exist at this stage,such as the failure to supervise the exaggerated propaganda of the merchants,the lack of direct guidance on the signing of relevant contracts,the lack of boundaries in the pre-sale mode,which makes it difficult to recover the compensation,and the urgent need to improve the further popularization of the right to seek advice and information,etc.The paper also summarizes the problems in the formulation of relevant policies and regulations,the lack of law enforcement and supervision,the lack of popularization of science and technology,and the lack of a downstream popularization path.We also analyzed the causes of the problems from the aspects of the formulation of relevant policies and regulations,the lack of enforcement and supervision,the lack of downward popularization path for science popularization,and the lack of overall attention to the elderly consumer groups.On this basis,we compare the measures taken by Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou in this regard,and propose four countermeasures and suggestions to improve policies and regulations,strengthen policy leadership and planning,strengthen supervision and enforcement,improve the level of legal aid,strengthen education and publicity,enhance the awareness of prevention and power,and give more care to block the trap of affection in consumption.Further protection of the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in senior housing can make efforts in an effective way.
