The chaos of We-media advertisement is mainly manifested in frequent false propaganda,concealment of promotion facts,inducement and deception of audiences,etc..These problems have led to injury to the trust and interests of the audience.The main cause is the lack of integrity.China’s existing legal norms have not yet specifically addressed the chaos in the We-media advertisement industry,and there is a legislative gap.Some scholars advocate the improvement of China’s legal system to solve the problems of We-media advertisement,such as difficulty in obtaining evidence,illegal identification,and weak advertising recognition,but none of them touches the issue of lacking of integrity of We media advertisements.In fact,credit regulation can solve the problem of lacking of integrity in We-media advertisement by building a credit system under which the credit information serves as the core component.We-media people are the main exporters of We-media advertisement,and they have the dominance over the form of advertisement presentation;We-media platforms only conduct formal review of creative content;We-media advertisers only need to be responsible for the quality of products or services.The lack of integrity in We-media advertisement is caused by false propaganda,deceptive recommendations,and placement of hidden advertisements in the process of creating and publishing advertisements.Moreover,We-media people obtaining the benefits from We-media advertisement are considered as a quantifiable credit economy,and credit regulation of We-media advertisement is not an abuse of untrustworthy punishment.By building a We-media advertising credit system,the audience are free to decide whether or not to buy some kind of fabric or service according to the credit of the We-media persons,which is conducive to solving the problem of lack of We-media advertising integrity,and is also conducive to meet the current audience’s expectations to purchase "plant grass" products or services through We-media,and to realize a virtuous circle of the We-media advertising ecosystem.Credit regulation of We-media advertisement can effectively and timely crack down on untrustworthy behavior in We-media advertisement,can fill loopholes in legal norms and has a strong flexibility,and consumers can protect their rights through credit regulation at a little expenses,not complicated and expediency.Refer to some normative provisions that blacklist untrustworthy conduct in online live broadcast marketing,dig deep into specific measures for credit regulation of We-media advertisement,and systematically and targetedly solve the problem of lack of creditworthiness in We-media advertisement.By constructing a credit reporting system for the We-media advertising industry,it is convenient for the audience to concentrate on inquiring about the required We-media advertising information;By exploring the professional path of credit rating agencies in the We-media advertising industry,the credit status of the We-media advertisement can be visualized.Thus,We-media advertisers will be rewarded for their honesty,and be encouraged to publish advertisements in good faith.Further,through punishing We-media advertising untrustworthy conduct,restraining We-media personnel from engaging conducts such as false publicity.The establishment of mechanisms for the restoration of We-media advertising credit is a proper remedial channel untrustworthy entities in We-media advertisement.All above specific measures are tailor-made adjustments in addition to the commonality of credit regulation.They could not only meet the systematic requirements of credit regulation of We-media advertisement,but also have the feature of pertinence.
