Research On The Problems And Countermeasures For The Integration Of Self-Governance,Rule Of Law And Moral Governance In X City Villages

Rural grassroots governance is an important area in China’s national governance and occupies an important position in promoting national stability,national development and national modernization.This study takes the practice of improving the integration of self-governance,rule of law and moral governance as the focus,takes X city,a national rural reform pilot area in Henan Province,as the research object,and analyzes the practice of integrating self-governance,rule of law and moral governance in X city’s villages from the perspective of collaborative governance by using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey and other research methods.This study consists of six chapters.The first chapter analyzes the background and significance of the study,and clarifies the research ideas and methods.The second chapter explains the concepts and theoretical foundations involved.Chapter three compares the historical evolution of rural governance in China,and summarizes the main points and directions of the integration of autonomous,rule of law and moral governance in the national,provincial and municipal policy planning.Chapter 4 selects three excellent cases in X city and analyzes the basis of their governance practice of integrating autonomy,rule of law and moral governance,governance subjects,governance process,governance tools and the logical relationship among autonomy,rule of law and moral governance.Chapter 5 analyzes the problems in the integration of self-governance,rule of law and moral governance in X city through a questionnaire survey and analyzes the internal reasons.Chapter 6 proposes measures to improve the integration of self-governance,rule of law and moral governance in X city.Finally,it is concluded that the effective practice of the integration of self-governance,rule of law and moral governance should start from strengthening the authority of the party organization,consolidating the economic foundation of the village for the integration of self-governance,rule of law and moral governance,improving the long-term incentive mechanism for the integration of self-governance,rule of law and moral governance,and reasonably using the governance tools for the integration of self-governance,rule of law and moral governance.The study of the integration of autonomy,rule of law and moral governance in X city is conducive to enriching the content of grassroots governance in China.Secondly,it is conducive to enriching its effective measures in the field of practice,providing reference for promoting grassroots rural governance and promoting the development of rural revitalization.
