An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of Public Policy Compliance

To a large extent,the public’s compliance with the epidemic prevention and control system directly determines the effect of epidemic prevention and control,and the study of public compliance behavior of epidemic prevention policies is conducive to enriching the theoretical vision and expanding the research perspective of public compliance behavior research on epidemic prevention policies,which has strong guiding significance for the promotion of subsequent public policies.It has important theoretical and practical significance for its research.Based on China’s basic national conditions and based on Western research experience on public public policy public recognition,this study analyzes the public recognition problem in China’s existing epidemic prevention policies.Based on the information asymmetry theory,planning behavior theory,social exchange theory and prospect theory of public epidemic prevention policy,this thesis constructs the framework of policy release implementation norms and external conditions based on existing literature research,explores the impact of three aspects on public epidemic prevention policy compliance behavior,and discusses the mediating effect and possible interaction between policy satisfaction and public understanding.Based on this,this thesis conducts a questionnaire survey on the public’s compliance behavior during the new crown pneumonia epidemic,and conducts hypothesis verification.It is found that the public’s policy release,implementation norms and external environment on the epidemic prevention and control system will positively affect the public’s compliance behavior.The public’s understanding and satisfaction with the degree of epidemic prevention and control play a significant mediating role in the relationship between the two influences.Finally,based on the research results,three suggestions are put forward: the availability of epidemic prevention and control information should be enhanced in rich ways from the perspective of policy release;Give full play to the role of opinion leaders to enhance the reliability of epidemic prevention and control information;Cultivate political trust and improve the timeliness of epidemic prevention and control information.The design of epidemic prevention and control system should be optimized from the perspective of policy implementation norms;Demonstrate the effectiveness of the content of the system;Adapt to the situation.From the perspective of external conditions,the joint efforts of different subjects such as the government,the public and enterprises are needed to achieve the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
