Since the birth of compulsory education in Europe,compulsory education has played an important role in social value allocation.In the field of compulsory education policy,compulsory education school district policy is concerned by the government,the society and the researchers.There is a relevant relationship between the supply of school district policy of compulsory education and the educational administration system in our country.In terms of the current situation of school district of compulsory education,there is also a regional difference in the current school district policy of compulsory education.On the whole,the division of school district in the eastern and urban areas with higher quality of education is more scientific and reasonable.While education resources are relatively scarce and the quality of education is low in western and rural areas,the division of school districts is insufficient.Local governments at all levels have responded to the call of the central spirit and documents to formulate relevant policies and do a good job in the work of school districts for compulsory education.But on the whole,the policy issue of compulsory education school district still has much room for improvement.This study combines the analysis method of policy text,takes the currently effective policy documents of central and provincial compulsory education school districts as the research object,adopts the method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis,attempts to start with the policies of central and provincial compulsory education school districts,analyzes the problems existing in the policies of compulsory education school districts and puts forward suggestions for improvement.The main core chapters of this study are divided into six parts.The first part mainly introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis.The second part summarizes the evolution of compulsory education school district policy issues and introduces the policy content.The third part is based on the central and provincial relevant policy texts to the compulsory education school district policy analysis,from the two dimensions of the use of policy tools and policy content analysis of the policy text.The fourth part of the collection of literature collation and analysis of foreign...
