Research On The Participation Of Rural Women In The Governance Of Rural Culture Under The Background Of Rural Vitalization

Civilization is the mark of social progress.With the construction of rural spiritual civilization as the core,rural culture involves customs and etiquette,life style,system norms,ideology and morality,social security and other aspects,which is the deep embodiment of cultivating and practicing socialist core values.Building civilized rural customs is of far-reaching significance to highlight the new style of farmers,enhance the degree of civilization of rural society,and promote the modernization of rural governance capacity and level.It is the spiritual driving force for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Under the background of social transformation,rural society is undergoing changes.With the continuous outflow of young and middle-aged male labor force,most rural areas in China are showing a trend of agricultural feminization.In light of the current national conditions,the No.1document of the central government in 2018 clearly proposed "the implementation of rural revitalization ’Women’s Action’",highlighting the important power of rural women groups.How to protect the interests of women,stimulate the endogenous power of rural women to contribute to the countryside and burst out their talent vitality is of positive significance to the study of the major topic of rural revitalization.The theoretical basis cannot be separated from the practice of reality.As a big agricultural province in central China,hubei Province has laid a certain foundation in the implementation and promotion of rural revitalization strategy,and many problems reflected are universal and representative.D county of hubei province as a beautiful country of the construction of the demonstration site,the local custom civilization governance based on the revival of local culture,in rural society value system of the central plains,on the basis of local conditions and customs,really well in the traditional villages as the carrier of cultural heritage protection,inheritance and utilization,the local rural women played a huge role in the local custom civilization governance.Based on the background of rural revitalization strategy and guided by the modernization of rural governance,this paper analyzes the general situation of the construction and development of local rural customs and civilization and systematically expounds the current situation of local rural women’s participation in the governance of rural customs and civilization through literature research and field investigation of the demonstration site of beautiful rural construction in D County.Rural women in D County have helped the construction of rural customs and civilization by inheriting fine family traditions,practicing civilized life style,developing characteristic cultural industry,and organizing and leading a series of activities by the Women’s Federation.They have played a positive role in the governance of rural customs and civilization.However,under the influence of their own,culture,system and social factors,there is still a difficult and tortuous way for rural women to participate in the governance of rural customs and civilization.Combined with the experience of rural women in D County in participating in the governance of rural customs and civilization,this study explored the path of optimizing and improving rural women’s participation in the governance of rural customs and civilization:In order to improve the objective environment for women to participate in the governance of village customs and civilization,we should train the participants in society,construct advanced gender culture,perfect the system and mechanism,and strengthen the organization and guarantee system.
