| Since the National Education Conference was held in September2018,the state has issued a series of policy documents to strongly support and develop vocational education,which has been widely concerned by the society.As an important part of vocational education,higher vocational colleges play an important role in promoting economic development in the new era.The "double-qualified" teachers with both theoretical teaching and practical teaching abilities have become the focus of attention.How to improve the ability level of "double-qualified" teachers,Cultivating more high-quality technical and technical talents needed by the society,promoting the integrated development of higher vocational colleges and enterprises,and realizing the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges are major issues to be solved in higher vocational colleges at present and in the future.This paper mainly uses the theory of key performance indicators and incentive theory,and takes the performance evaluation of "double-qualified" teachers in H Vocational and Technical College as an example to study the problems existing in the performance evaluation of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges through literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that the "double-qualified" teachers in H Vocational and Technical College have some problems,such as unclear job responsibilities,insufficient practical ability assessment,imperfect performance assessment mechanism,imperfect performance assessment incentive system and unreasonable performance assessment index system.The main reasons for these problems are the single source of teachers,lack of practical skills training platform,insufficient motivation for teachers’ enterprise practice and skills improvement,insufficient incentives for teaching and scientific research,and imperfect requirements of education authorities for assessment indicators.The problems existing in the performance evaluation of "double-qualified" teachers in H vocational colleges are universal in higher vocational colleges.In view of the existing problems,the performance evaluation of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges can be carried out from the following aspects:defining the orientation of "double-qualified" teachers,improving the performance practical ability evaluation requirements of "double-qualified" teachers,improving the management mechanism of performance evaluation,Unblock the channels for the development of teachers’ ability,and improving the identification and evaluation standards of.This study hopes to contribute to the performance evaluation and index optimization of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country. |
