| After the economy enters the stage of new normal development,meeting the needs of economic transformation and high-quality development inevitably requires a matching talent supply.However,currently,secondary vocational schools are difficult to meet the requirements of enterprise transformation and development in terms of talent cultivation.After sorting out the training models,majors,and directions of secondary vocational schools,it can be found that on the one hand,the relevant majors set up do not match the market demand.On the other hand,students have relatively rich theoretical knowledge.but they lack the ability to translate these theoretical knowledge into practical practice.Therefore,this further increases the contradiction between talent supply and talent demand.In this regard,in order to better play the positive role of secondary vocational schools in talent cultivation,it is necessary to accelerate their transformation in talent cultivation from the perspective of market talent demand.To achieve this goal,teachers play a key role.This means that only by building a teaching team that meets the needs of economic transformation and development can the foundation for talent cultivation be laid.Therefore.from the perspective of supply side and economic transformation and development,it is of positive significance to deeply explore the issue of building a new type of teacher team in secondary vocational education.Taking G School in Narming City as an example,this article analyzes the situation of "double qualified" teacheir team construction,finds out the weaknesses and root causes of problems in the construction of "double qualified" teacher team,and provides reasonable improvement strategies.Through field research on the case of G School in Nanning City,it is clear that the prominent problems it faces in the process of building a double qualified teacher team are reflected in:unreasonable teacher structure,lagging educational models,lack of school-enterprise collaboration,lack of evaluation mechanisms,etc.These problems have a significant negative impact on the transformation of the teacher team and the improvement of the educational level of secondary vocational schools.After in-depth analysis of the root causes of these problems,it is found that the relevant influencing factors not only come from secondary vocational schools,but also are affected by teachers themselves,the government,and other levels.Therefore,promoting the construction of a double qualified teacher team also requires addressing the problems and root causes from the perspectives of teachers.secondary vocational schools,and the government.First,at the secondary vocational school level,centering on the impovement of teachers’ professional knowledge and abilities and promoting better professional development of teachers,combined with the needs of secondary vocational school students’ training,in the process of strengthening teacher theoretical knowledge training,it also further promotes the enhancement of teachers’ practical skills.Secondly,innovate the talent cultivation mechanism,expand the source of secondary vocational school teachers through policy optimization,so that professional talents from society can also join the "double qualified" teacher team.Thirdly.we should further optimize the policy environment and improve the level of security around the requirements of "double qualified" teacher training.Fourth,accelerate the optimization of the management system of secondary vocational schools,provide support for the construction of "double qualified" teachers through active innovation,and fully integrate and utilize resources to build a more scientific and effective "double qualified" teacher training mechanism.This article explores the development strategy of "double qualified"teachers’ professional abilities in secondary vocational schools,starting from the level of market talent demand,and through in-deptth case analysis,in order to promote the integration of industry and education,aiming at the construction of "double qualified" teachers’ team and the professional development of teachers,proposes optimization ideas.Through this study,I hope to enrich the relevant information and provide reference for the professional development of"double qualified teachers" in other secondary vocational schools. |
