Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Path Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organization Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

"Agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is a major theoretical and practical issue in the new journey of Chinese modernization in the new era.The rural revitalization strategy proposed at the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,as a guide for the Party to promote rural modernization in the future,is the necessary content of the Chinese modernization,and also the difficult point that the Chinese modernization must break through.As the fighting fortress of our Party in the countryside,rural primary Party organizations are the leading core of all rural affairs.In different historical periods,rural primary Party organizations have different historical missions.With the successful completion of the task of poverty alleviation and the successful establishment of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,facing new tasks and challenges in the new journey of Chinese-style modernization,the comprehensive strength of all aspects of rural grassroots Party organizations determines the effectiveness of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.However,in the actual work,rural grass-roots Party organizations still need to be improved in six aspects: economy,politics,ideology and culture,talent structure,system construction and governance level.Problems in all aspects directly affect the authoritative image of the Party in the people’s mind,and hinder the great process of rural revitalization.Therefore,we should constantly strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations,take into account the development needs of all grass-roots parties,give full play to the role of leading sheep,and lead all rural forces to participate in the cause of rural revitalization.Following the logical thinking of "what--why--how to do",this paper takes the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization as the background of The Times,and the construction predicament of rural grass-roots Party organizations under the background of rural revitalization as the logical starting point.The article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of this paper,which mainly summarizes and expounds the background and significance of the topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,the research content and research methods,the key difficulties and innovation points of this paper.The second chapter analyzes the ideological and theoretical basis of the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations under the background of rural revitalization,and mainly combs the thoughts and theories about the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations of the Marxist classic writers and the leading collective of the Communist Party of China.Chapter three elaborates the role of rural grass-roots party organizations in the background of rural revitalization and the new requirements of rural revitalization strategy for rural grass-roots Party organizations,so as to explain the necessity of strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations under the background of rural revitalization.The fourth chapter takes the grass-roots Party organization of Mozi Tujia Township,Zhongxian County,Chongqing as the research object,on the basis of in-depth field research,detailed analysis of the current construction status of the grass-roots Party organization in Mozi Township,points out the shortcomings in the construction process,and analyzes the reasons.In the fifth chapter,in view of the current situation of Mozi Township grassroots party organization construction,as well as the new requirements of rural grassroots Party organization construction,combined with the collected field materials,put forward feasible suggestions for rural grassroots Party organization construction.
