Research On Strengthening The Construction Of Rural Primary Party Organizations Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

The implementation of rural revitalization strategy is China’s socialist modernization of the country to start a new journey,to achieve the "two hundred years" goal of the inevitable requirements.The rural grass-roots Party organization is the basic ruling point of the Communist Party of China in the rural areas,is an important organization to serve the rural farmers,and is a battle fort to build a great countryside.To speed up the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to comply with the actual needs of rural revitalization,comprehensively strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations,and enhance the Party’s ruling foundation in rural areas.On the one hand,we will push forward the implementation of the requirements of fully exercising strict governance over the party on the rural front line,on the other hand,through the revitalization of rural organizations to provide organizational security for rural revitalization.This paper takes the practice of L City in rural organization revitalization as the Research Object,and deeply analyzes the relevant contents of rural grass-roots Party organizations in promoting rural revitalization,the problems existing in the construction of Rural grass-roots Party organizations,such as insufficient economic driving function,confusion in social management and management,weak organizational capacity in their own construction,the need for cultural guidance to be improved and insufficient efforts to protect the ecological environment,etc.,in-depth analysis of the relevant causes of the findings of the survey,finally forms l city to rectify the weak and lax basic-level Party organization to boost economic development,to explore the establishment of the "four-member" model to enhance the effectiveness of governance,to increase the reserve training of basic-level Party organizations,to adhere to the rural basic-level Party building to guide the promotion of rural civilization,tamping rural ecological environment protection achievements and other effective measures to promote rural revitalization strategy.
