Research On Digital Empowerment To Promote Community Governance Efficienc

With the arrival of the information age,digital technology has been deeply applied in all walk s of life.Digital transformation is in full swing,and digital empowerment has become a new resea rch direction.In community governance,the application of digital technology makes community g overnance more technical and efficient.Whether and how digital empowerment affects the effectiv eness of Community Governance has become a topic to be studied.This article mainly focuses on the flower and fruit orchard area of Guiyang City as the resear ch object,and based on literature research,it summarizes the empowerment theory,collaborative g overnance theory,and digital governance theory.Based on empowerment theory,digital empower ment is divided into three dimensions: personal digital empowerment,organizational digital empo werment and community digital empowerment,and Community Governance effectiveness is divid ed into two dimensions: Community Governance performance and Community Governance capab ility.Then,the overall theoretical model framework of digital empowerment for the effectiveness of Community Governance is built,and corresponding theoretical assumptions are made.After collecting the corresponding data through the questionnaire,we used SPSS 26.0 and A mos 26.0 statistical tools to conduct an empirical analysis on the sample data,and reached the foll owing conclusions: 1.If we further improve personal digital empowerment,we can promote the i mprovement of community governance performance;2.If the organizational digital empowerment is further improved,it can promote the improvement of community governance capacity;3.If the community digital empowerment is further improved,the community governance capacity can be improved.The research results show that to further promote the efficiency of community governa nce through digital empowerment,we need: 1.reshape the concept of community governance thro ugh digital empowerment,and enhance self-development ability;2.Promote the diversification of community governance through digital empowerment and build a collaborative governance patter n;3.Pay attention to the limitations of digital empowerment on community governance and impro ve relevant systems.
