| In the context of deepening the rural revitalization strategy,it is increasingly important to improve the effectiveness of rural governance and promote the transformation and upgrading of rural governance.At present,the problems in the process of rural governance,such as the lack of scientific decision-making and the lack of multi-subject participation path,restrict the full play of rural governance efficiency.With the booming of digital technology,digital governance,as an effective means of governance,has gradually sunk into the rural field,changing the production and life of rural areas,meeting the requirements of refinement,specialization and efficiency of rural governance,and empowering the remodeling of rural governance.In order to maximize the actual effectiveness of rural digital governance,it is necessary to continuously optimize the realistic path of digitally empowered rural governance on the basis of clarifying the logic of digitally empowered rural governance,create favorable conditions for rural digital governance,so that it can take root in the appropriate rural soil and help improve the modernization level of rural governance.Deepening digital-enabled rural governance is an important way to promote the modernization of rural governance system and implement the national rural revitalization strategy.Based on this basic demand,this thesis takes ’ rural revitalization ’ as the starting point to study the internal logic and optimization path of digital empowerment rural governance from the perspective of rural revitalization.Under the support of relevant theories such as empowerment theory,digital governance and collaborative governance,combined with the general requirements of rural revitalization and the practice of digitally empowered rural governance,this thesis expounds the logical framework of digitally empowered rural governance from the perspective of rural revitalization from four aspects: structural dimension,service dimension,economic dimension and life dimension.On this basis,we further explore the current development status of digital-enabled rural governance.The study finds that the application of digital technology has provided many benefits for rural governance,but there are still some practical difficulties that hinder its further deepening.This thesis analyzes the deep-seated causes of its existing problems,and sorts out the typical cases of digitally empowered rural governance in Pukou District of Jiangsu Province and Cixi City of Zhejiang Province,so as to provide empirical enlightenment for further optimizing the realistic path of digitally empowered rural governance.It is proposed to further deepen the optimization strategy of digital-enabled rural governance,such as promoting villagers ’ digital coordination,improving the supply of digital services,deepening agricultural digital transformation and maintaining digital governance order.It is hoped that the existing obstacles of digital-enabled rural governance can be solved,the actual efficiency of rural governance can be effectively improved,and the vitality of rural development can be activated. |
