Research On The Essence Of Qi Culture’s Thought Of Rule Of Law And Its Modernity Transformation

Qi culture,as an important part of China’s excellent traditional culture,is broad and profound,enduring and new.As a product of adapting to the development needs and social governance practices of the state of Qi,the thought of rule of law in Qi culture has deep cultural deposits and rich ideological connotations.Many excellent contents in Qi Culture’s thought of rule of law are highly consistent with the current basic concept of building a country under the rule of law,and still have very important reference significance for the construction of socialist rule of law with contemporary Chinese characteristics.In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the excellent traditional culture of China is a key word.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that “we should adhere to creative transformation and innovative development,take the core values of Chinese socialism as the guide,develop advanced socialist culture,carry forward revolutionary culture,and inherit excellent Chinese traditional culture”.It can be seen that it is an important and urgent task of the times to realize the modernity transformation of the thought of rule of law in Qi culture.Qi culture has existed and developed for thousands of years,and its thought of rule of law was mainly generated under the historical background of advocating merit and valuing law of the state of Qi,and in the process of formation and evolution of Qi culture and its thought of rule of law,the thought of “ruling the country by law” ran through its development process.Through digging deeply into the excellent elements of Qi culture’s thought of rule of law,it can be summarized that the essences of the Qi culture’s thought of rule of law that can be used for reference mainly include “ruling the country by law”,“taking the people as the foundation”,“simultaneous implementation of the rule of moral and the rule of law”,“the law is more respected than the monarch”,and “legislation before governance”,etc.Many aspects of these content essentials are compatible with the concept of modern social development,which have important contemporary value,so it is necessary to transform them into modernity.However,at present,the modernity transformation of Qi culture’s rule of law thought still faces many difficulties,such as the difficulty of innovating and reconstructing Qi culture’s rule of law thought,the insufficient degree of integration between Qi culture’s rule of law thought and national governance,and the lack of modernity transformation system of Qi culture’s rule of law thought.The main reasons behind the dilemma are the inconsistency of time and space background,the insufficient attention paid to the Qi culture’s rule of law thought,and the lack of experience in cultural inheritance and development,etc.Based on the above difficulties,considering the necessity of the modernity transformation of Qi culture’s thought of rule of law for inheriting the excellent Chinese traditional culture,promoting the modernization of national governance and promoting the strategy of governing the country according to law,we should follow the principles of sinicization of Marxism,critical inheritance and wholeness to carry out the modernity transformation.The main ways to realize the modernity transformation of Qi culture’s thought of rule of law include promoting the innovative development of Qi culture’s thought of rule of law,promoting the integration of Qi culture’s thought of rule of law with national governance,and strengthening the construction of the safeguard mechanism for the transformation results of Qi culture’s thought of rule of law,etc.After the transformation of modernity of the excellent rule of law thought in Qi culture,the contents of the transformation mainly include the transformation of the concept of rule of law,the transformation of the concept of humanism,the transformation of the concept of rule of moral,the transformation of the concept of equality,and the transformation of the concept of legislation,etc.In the new era,only by realizing the modernity transformation of Qi culture’s thought of rule of law,can its own value be effectively exerted in the contemporary era,thus contributing to the construction of the rule of law in China.
