| Banking association is a social economic organization form which aims at promoting the development of banking industry and standardizing the order of banking industry.As the meso-level coordination level in the banking field of various countries,it is of great significance to connect the macro-level management of the government and the micro-level activities of banks,and also has great binding force to ensure the rationality of the behaviors of the majority of banks and financial institutions.With the thorough reform of market economy system,our banking industry needs trade association similarly.Since2000,banking associations have been established in various parts of China,with national and local characteristics.The banking association since its establishment has carried out a large amount of effective work,including to develop self-discipline,maintaining the rights and interests,and standardize the market operation,to promote the industry cooperation and organize all kinds of training,implementing personnel qualification examination and qualification management,facilitate communication between members and supervision department,organization research,the development industry image promotion and international exchange,etc.,It has played a positive role in promoting the development of Chinese banking industry.But because of various reasons,our banking association still has some problems.Therefore,in the face of the current situation of the development of the banking association,how to further clarify the role of the banking association,thoroughly improve the internal mechanism of the association,and give full play to the function of the association,has become the primary issue in front of us in the future.From the perspective of public management,this thesis takes X Union Banking Association as an example,this thesis firstly introduces the concept of banking association,new public management theory and cooperative game theory.Secondly,the status quo of the performance of the X League banking association is discussed,the generation and development of Chinese banking association is summarized,and the main functions of the X League banking Association are analyzed,and the performance results are summarized.Then,the evaluation index system of X League banking association’s performance results is constructed,and the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate X League Banking Association’s performance effect.The results show that the banking association of X League has excellent performance in three aspects: coordinating the relationship between members and regulatory authorities,formulating industry rules and business competitive activities.It also performed well in five aspects: overall publicity of the industry,coordination of the relationship between members and the public,formulation of management rules of member’s creditor’s rights and credit granting,promotion of credit system construction,cooperation with credit granting and debt committee work.In the eight aspects of striving for the rights and interests of the bank from the superior,investigation of rights protection and risk warning,construction of industry supervision mechanism,handling consumer complaints,member information service,organizing practitioner training and examination,and coordinating the relationship between members and the news media,the performance is not good enough and needs to be further improved.Based on the evaluation results,the thesis further analyzes the problems existing in the performance of X Union banking Association,and deeply analyzes the reasons behind.Finally,according to the existing problems and reasons,the thesis puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the performance of the local banking association,hoping to help the association to better carry out various work and fully fulfill various responsibilities. |
