Research On The Integration Of The Great Founding Spirit Of The Communist Party Of China Into Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

On July 1,2021,on the occasion of the centenary of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the great spirit of party founding and clarified the scientific connotation of the spirit.The great spirit of party founding carried the spiritual belief in the soul of Chinese Communists,demonstrated the distinct political background of the Party,and embodied the deep friendship between the Party and the people.More importantly,it embodied the mighty force for realizing the great cause of national rejuvenation.As the spiritual pillar of the Communist Party of China,the great spirit of party building has played a vital ideological guiding and value guiding role.Therefore,it is a brand-new subject to carry forward the great spirit of party founding in the new era.Colleges and universities,as the main positions of ideological and political education,take the responsibility for the important mission of educating people for the party and the country.The great spirit of party founding is organically integrated into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which is conducive for college students to carry forward revolutionary legacy,pass on the tradition of revolution,build a firm ideal and faith,and promote the growth of college students.On the basis of reading relevant documents,the thesis first expounded the relevant contents of the great party founding spirit and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,as well as their internal relationship.Then it discussed the significance of integrating the great spirit of party founding into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Next,on this basis,the author took the measure of questionnaire and interview survey to investigate some universities in Changsha,Hunan Province,aiming to understand the current situation of integrating the great party founding spirit into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.According to the survey,the great spirit of party founding has achieved certain results in the process of integrating into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.But there are still many difficulties.For example,it is necessary to widen the integration channels,deepened the degree and improve its effect.The reasons lied in that the classroom teaching form was relatively single,students’ active learning consciousness and the campus culture education atmosphere were not strong,social practice activities were insufficient,the network education function was not fully worked,and so on.Finally,in view of the integration of difficulties,the author puts forward the corresponding path from five aspects: classroom teaching,ideological guidance,cultural education,practical education and network education.The purpose is to form a learning atmosphere to carry forward the great party founding spirit in colleges and universities,and promote college students to be the promoters,disseminators and practitioners of the great party founding spirit.
