Research On The Great Founding Spirit Of The Party Into Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

The great founding spirit of the Party were set up by the General Secretary Xi Jinping in the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.This spirit highly summarizes the founding and development of the Communist Party of China.It also reflects the fine conduct of members of the Communist Party of China,especially those members who are indomitable,unbreakable and forge ahead.As the spiritual source of the Communist Party of China,it is rooted in the fine traditional Chinese culture,based on Marxism and Leninism and their achievements in China.What’s more,the great founding spirit of the Party which has rich value connotation also runs through the centennial practice of the Communist Party of China.Therefore,it is also an indispensable ideological source and valuable resource for ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.On the one hand,colleges and universities in the new era should shoulder the task of teaching,and let students understand professional knowledge and have the ability to learn and survive in society;On the other hand,colleges and universities should shoulder the responsibility of educating people and carry out ideological education for college students to enhance their moral and political quality.In the work of college education,it is necessary to integrate the spiritual connotation with rich value and profound meaning.It can provide new idea and method to broaden the scope of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The great founding spirit of the Party can serve as the carrier and play an important role in serving the development of China.Based on the great founding spirit of the Party,the thesis uses the method of questionnaire to investigate and analyze the current situation of the great founding spirit of the Party integrated into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.According to the survey,contemporary college students have a certain degree of recognition of the great founding spirit of the Party,but there are still some problems in the process of learning the cognition of it,such as vague connotation and poor willingness of practice.Based on this problem,the thesis has always insisted on using the survey results to analyze the problems and causes in the process of integration,deeply explore the relationship and value between the great founding spirit of the Party and promoting ideological and political education in colleges and universities.New ways are explored to improve ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the future:Firstly,playing the role of the main position of ideological and political classroom,and ensuring the quality of integration by integrating teaching content,strengthening team building,sublimating teaching evaluation and so on;The second is to enrich the connotation of the daily education system and broaden the integration channels through social practice,campus culture,network education and other ways;Third,college students should be given dominant status by enhancing consciousness,giving full play to the role of college students as opinion leaders,and transforming behavior;Fourth,the advantages of integrated media could be used to create an atmosphere of integration in the main body,content and mode of communication.A feasible plan should be provided for the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,so as to cultivate high-quality talents who can adapt to the development of the new era with firm faith.And those talents are not afraid of hardship,love the Communist Party of China and love the country,finally,they can take on major responsibilities for country and people.
