Within the framework of the standardization of the new economy,high-tech industry has been the power to promote the conversion of old and new economic drivers and to achieve high-quality development.The scientific and technical results of universities aim to provide a rich knowledge base for the high-quality development of high-tech industries and to stimulate the engine to overcome development.And the innovation performance of the high-quality industry has a theoretical and practical meaning,carefully examining the relationship between the scientific and technical results of universities and universities.This study takes the beijing-tianjin-hebei region as the research object,carries on the theory,the statistics and the demonstration analysis in turn,has revealed the university science and technology achievement to the high tech innovation performance thoroughly.First of all,this paper analyzes the mechanism that affects the technological innovation performance of high-tech achievements from the two aspects of path and effect.Based on the panel data of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration from2015 to 2018,the evaluation index system for scientific and technological achievements of universities has been established,including the Industrial Applied Achievements(IAA)and Industry Oriented Achievements(IOA).And innovation performance of high-tech industries has been established,including the Technical Benefits(TB)and Economic Benefits(EB);then,a Dubin model was established to measure the high spatial effects of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration of scientific and technological achievements(including direct effects and indirect effects),and using the similar gray correlation model to calculate the gray correlation between urban scientific and technological achievements and the scientific and technological achievements of cities and other cities(except 12 cities),which are called inner city correlation and outer city correlation respectively,to reveal Regional differences in the impact of scientific and technological achievements on high-tech innovation performance.The empirical results show that the two standards of scientific and technological achievements have different effects on the performance of high-tech innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region: IOA not only improve the EB and TB,but also have a positive impact on the high-tech of surrounding cities;IAA can promote the EB of hightech industries in the city,but negatively affect the EB of high-tech industries in neighboring cities.From the urban level,there are some differences in the correlation between the scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities and the innovation performance of high-tech industry in 13 cities.Generally speaking,as for IOA,the innovation and development of high-tech industry in Shijiazhuang depends more on the achievements of other cities,while Hengshui and Tianjin rely more on their own achievements;as for IAA,the innovation and development of high-tech industry in Tianjin depends more on the achievements of other cities,while the rest of the cities rely more on their own achievements.We propose to strengthen the role of science and technology achievements in universities and universities to promote innovation in hightech industries.,in order to provide theoretical guidance for colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to carry out scientific and technological innovation activities efficiently and the coordinated development of high-tech industry innovation. |
