Research On The Governance Of Micro Corruption Among Village Cadres In Y Town,yancheng City

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has been cracking down on corruption.A lot of achievements have been made in fighting corruption.Many "big tigers" have been brought down,and the central government’s firm attitude towards zero tolerance of corruption has been praised by the people.However,as we are making great strides towards the rural revitalization,there are still some "fly-greedy" situations around the grassroots people.This paper takes the village cadre group of Y Town,Yancheng City as the research sample.Y Town is a relatively developed economy in northern Jiangsu Province,which is relatively typical of the frontier of township development.The village cadre group is representative of the local economic development in terms of structure and personal quality.It also brings some reference to the micro corruption problems encountered on the road of development of other towns and villages.This paper studies the corruption cases of village cadres in Y Town in recent years,and analyzes the ways of micro-corruption governance of village cadres in Y town as well as the specific situations of governance subjects and governance objects,and analyzes the existing problems of micro-corruption governance of village cadres in this region by means of interviews,field visits and case analysis.Y Town has taken certain measures to control the micro corruption of village cadres,and has made some remarkable achievements.The amount of corruption has been greatly reduced,which effectively curbed the occurrence of micro corruption.However,after in-depth study,Y Town has more or less institutional and structural defects in the micro corruption governance.By referring to restriction theory and principal-agent theory,this paper analyzes and studies the subjects,ways and objects of microcorruption governance,finds out the deficiencies in the work of governance subjects,governance methods and governance objects in urgent need of improvement,and puts forward feasible solutions,aiming at helping Y Town to form a grass-roots environment with clean wind and positive atmosphere.
