Research On The Application Of Excellent Alumni Resources In Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was pointed out that the Party’s educational policy should be fully implemented,the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people should be implemented,and socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty,and labor should be trained.Colleges and universities are an important position to cultivate socialist builders and successors.They should comprehensively utilize various resources to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education,and promote the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.Currently,in the process of developing ideological and political education in universities,the unique role of excellent alumni resources is increasingly prominent.On the one hand,compared to other resources,excellent alumni resources are rich.Applying them to ideological and political education in universities can help broaden the breadth and depth of ideological and political education.On the other hand,there is a close academic connection between excellent alumni and college students.Applying excellent alumni resources to ideological and political education in colleges and universities can make it easier for college students to have emotional resonance and ideological empathy,thereby better enhancing the affinity and infectivity of ideological and political education.Therefore,universities should make full use of excellent alumni resources to effectively enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.This article is based on the theory of ideological and political education resources,the theory of ideological and political education environment,and the theory of ideological and political education value.The questionnaire survey method is used to analyze the current situation and reasons for the application of excellent alumni resources in ideological and political education for college students,and corresponding solutions are proposed.The article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly elaborates on the research purpose and significance of the topic,the current research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,and the innovation of the research.Chapter 2 provides an overview of the concepts related to excellent alumni resources.Firstly,the concepts of alumni,alumni resources,and excellent alumni resources were defined.Secondly,the theory of ideological and political education resources,the theory of ideological and political education environment,and the theory of ideological and political education value were explained in detail.Finally,the effectiveness of excellent alumni resources was analyzed from the perspective of ideological and political education,which includes providing necessary supplements for enriching the content of ideological and political education,and providing information sharing for expanding the channels of ideological and political education To provide economic support for the practical activities of ideological and political education,and to provide effective assistance for promoting employment guidance in ideological and political education.Chapter 3 analyzes the current situation and reasons for the application of excellent alumni resources in ideological and political education in universities.Based on the questionnaire survey method,this study systematically analyzes the positive trend of the use of excellent alumni resources in ideological and political education in universities,and identifies existing problems.These problems mainly manifest in the relatively single mode of using excellent alumni resources to enrich ideological and political education content,and the relatively backward form of using excellent alumni resources to expand ideological and political education channels The adaptability of using excellent alumni resources to support ideological and political education activities is relatively poor,and the effectiveness of using excellent alumni resources to promote ideological and political education employment guidance is relatively low.Based on this,in order to address the existing problems,the ideological concept of using excellent alumni resources in universities to carry out ideological and political education needs to be optimized,and the environmental atmosphere for the role of excellent alumni resources in ideological and using excellent alumni resources to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities.From optimizing the ideological concept of utilizing excellent alumni resources for ideological and political education,cultivating a humanistic environment for utilizing excellent alumni resources for ideological and political education,enhancing the practical effectiveness of utilizing excellent alumni resources for ideological and political education,and expanding the practical space for utilizing excellent alumni resources for ideological and political education Improve
