Analysis On The Selection Of Supervisory Officials In The Yuan Dynasty From The Perspective Of Socials Stratification

This paper proposed through the supervisory system of the yuan dynasty,the yuan dynasty supervisory legal system and the characteristics of the investigation,from the perspective of social stratification theory yuan inspector selection of the influence of the factors,From the two aspects of norms and practice,the ethnic group,education situation,status group and ethnic prestige factors affecting the selection of inspectors are classified and analyzed.This paper includes four parts.The first part mainly expounds the basic paradigm of social stratification theory,the research methods,and the research units and research standards to be adopted.By adopting Weber’s multi-dimensional social stratification model,taking the caste,rank and status groups of senior inspectors in the Yuan Dynasty as the research standards,and the individuals and families of senior inspectors in the Yuan Dynasty as the research units to make theoretical preparations for the statistical work of senior inspectors in the Yuan Dynasty.The second part aims to discuss the supervisory system of the Yuan Dynasty and clarify the establishment of supervisory officers in the central supervisory institutions and local supervisory institutions of the Yuan Dynasty.Taking the development of supervisory institutions as the main line,the characteristics of the supervisory system in the Yuan Dynasty were summarized,and the systematic supervisory legislation of the Yuan Dynasty was summarized.Based on historical materials,the names,rank and number of inspectors in the central and local supervisory organs in the Yuan Dynasty were counted,so as to provide data support for the distribution of supervisory officials of different ethnic groups.The third part is to analyze the selection norms of inspectors in the Yuan Dynasty from the perspective of social stratification.First of all,the system of self-selection and provincial selection of inspectors in the Yuan Dynasty was expounded.Secondly,through the data analysis of the yuan dynasty inspectors group from the eight years to the twelve years,the model of the selection of senior inspectors in the Yuan Dynasty was established from the three dimensions of ethnic group,education level and family reputation.Finally,through the detailed analysis of the above model,the influence of ethnic group,talent(educational background)and family factors on the selection of inspectors is explored.The fourth part takes the case of Aehma and Sangge as the starting point,analyzes the social role and interest demands played by the inspectors represented by the Mongolian aristocracy and the Han supervisory officials in specific cases,and explores the interests of different classes in the selection and appointment of inspectors.This article in the history of criminal law,senior supervisory official biography and the constitutional case line experience such as based on historical data,such as a yuan generation seventy-one senior inspector as a sample,to yuan eight years to 12 years in the yuan dynasty inspector group investigation as a base,can be concluded that the yuan dynasty elected senior inspector on race,family,and lower inspector emphasis on the conclusion.
